  1. Hallo. I liked this canadian fast food since is near home. But since yesterday I said no more. My 2 biggest problems with this place: the espresso machine is broken since maybe july last year and yesterday when I went out of the fast food , after caughing badly I was smellimg of burned oil from the hair , my clothes and my coat. The filter should be cleaned and hopefully the cooking oil changed. This place has plenty of clients. So is a goos business hat makes money . Please do not forget to smile while serving. Some staff is ok. I will never go there . Sorry. I care for my health. But you should too.

  2. Tims experience is always average. There is just this few stuff I like from there…rarely u can get a barista who is nice talking to you..they are mostly disgruntled employees …but I love the quick convenience of coffee and therefore I hate when I have to wait more than 5 mins to just get a coffee. Loved the caprese sandwich but it faded away from the menu…love the hazelnut chocolate muffin

  3. As a regular customer, This is a great place. As an ex employee, it was a great first job and experience. The franchisee, Rico Fata, fired me for no reason. He didn’t even tell me why or anything. The manager, Laura, is a fantastic person and was always kind. But besides my personal experience as an employee I would still recommend the restaurant just becuase the coffee is always great and isn’t outrageous prices like Starbucks and the food there is pretty good.

  4. It is very disheartening but the current manager(Laura) is racist. She is not professional with employees and behaves badly especially who are international students. She doesn’t give enough shift hours to them but hires new employees. Even the supervisor doesn’t do anything about it. This is extremely sad and unfair.

  5. I get my order wrong EVERYTIME even though i tell them im allergic to a certain thing :/ Seriously, tell your employees to look at the screen to know what they put on their food!

    Service at this location has gone steadily downhill since some of the older staff has left – the only reason it’s getting 2 stars instead of one is that there are two ladies at the drive through window who are consistently nice. The rest of the staff? Not so much. Orders are screwed up 80% of the time, and whenever we’ve went back to fix it, we either get attitude, ignored at the front till, or offered no viable solution. We’ve tried being nice, polite, anything that shows them that – hey – we’re not trying to chew you out, everyone gets it wrong at some point, but it’s gotten to a point where apologizing for THEIR mistake and the “inconvenience” of coming back to have it fixed has gotten tiring. If you’re looking for a good Tims, try the one on Pine street, the staff is far nicer and even when mistakes are made, it’s fixed promptly.

    Always great service at this Timmy Ho’s. Try a London Fog this fall if you’re looking for a little sweet treat that isn’t too sweet. And adding bacon to any bagel will take it to the next level.

    DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE JUNKIES. The bathroom here has recently become a frequent hangout for them. Beggars congregate freely in the parking lot and harass people for change, swear loudly, make customers uncomfortable and leave random garbage sitting around. It’s turning into something like the John St. location and so I will not be spending another dime here until the owner grows a spine and takes care of things.

    Had an unpleasant visit at Tim Hortons. An employee made a inappropriate joke towards me which didn’t kick in until i pulled away. thank god he no longer works at my GO TO tim’s!

    Worst services,….asked for cheese tea biscuit nor for cheese bagels. Ordered two cheese melt they gave us one which is just cheese between bread not even properly melted. Guys u have to work on your workers.

    Even giving this place a 2 star rating is generous of me. Normally we are very patient people and have no problem waiting for orders. However today’s issues is where my patience has run out. The sitting area is covered in garbage on multiple tables and the bathrooms are always filthy and covered with urine or feces on the toliets. Having to use my own sanitary wipe just to sit down at a clean table is unacceptable to me. Every time we ask for someone to clean the bathrooms or tables, we get snotty attitude and no one comes to clean up. The customer service is hit or miss and today wasn’t too bad. Normally they screw up or the staff can’t hear us properly over the speaker in the drive-thru even when we are loud, clear and repeat our order multiple times. Also they generally don’t have what we want; large cups or the iced capp machine is down more often than not. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming inside the building.
