  1. Mobile ordered it as i wanted it as quick as possible before going to work. Waited a bit for all other people who is a walk in (some coming after me) to get their order.

    They asked what my order was despite me already giving them the mobile number, which isnt a big deal if everything else wasn’t also a mess.

    When i was the only one left, Waited another 10min to get my mobile ordered 2 coffees and 3 donuts.

    And as soon as i got to work, i found the coffees leaking.

  2. This location does mobile orders in a really annoying way. At any other location, you make a mobile order and bam it’s there waiting for you on the counter when you show up. Or, if it isn’t ready yet, they make it and call out your name when it’s ready. At this location, when your mobile order is done, they hide it behind the counter until you ask for it. Like what? And half the time the employees are busy so you have to wait a while before you can even ask for it. So weird and affects my experience every time since I only do mobile orders. I go to other locations when I can, but this is unfortunately the closest location to me

  3. This location has no drive through, which means they can focus on you and not have to divide their attention between the drive thru. The donuts always look amazing with a perfectly shiny topping. Alot of other Tim Hortons the topping is all matte and unappetizing looking. Also the savoury pastries and cookies are absolutely perfectly browned. Best Tim Hortons in Calgary? Very possibly. Keep up the great work everyone.

  5. Not the cleanest atmosphere for a Tims. Bathrooms were fairly dirty and small, plus the toilet was rocking as you flush.

    When I go to order my normal caramel iced coffee, which I always get at any Tims, they tell me they do not carry it. Instead they have toffee caramel. Open to something new, I try it, but it’s pretty gross, and it makes their coffee taste burnt. Thankfully the older lady at the till was kind and understanding, especially when I had to run back to the car for change, because of the caramel charge.

    As I go to sit down, the cleanest table still has pizza sauce all over it. 💔

    Convenient location for when you’re waiting for a friend to complete their appointment at the hospital, but worth knowing it would have been better to go to Market Mall instead. 😳

    I’m not usually one to do this but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. We waiting 15-20 mins just for a simple ham and cheese sandwich. Definitely needs to offer less of a menu or hire more people.

    It’s Calgary, it’s morning, it’s busy, customers with short fuses and shortages of some products. Staff were working hard, doing their best to be professional, courteous, and friendly. The muffins (and my Boston Creme) were the usual wonderful product.

    This is one of the nicest Tim’s I’ve ever been to. It’s bright and spacious and overall pleasant to be in. The service is quick and fast, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. Wish I lived closer!

    Lol so i buy coffee & something to eat while I’m here &I’m also by myself ,the worker kept coming over looking at me asking what i was doing (i was scrolling threw my phone drinking my coffee) after 24 minutes he came and said i needed to leave as i reached my time limit..Lil meanwhile 3 homeless ppl just came back inside that were F Here before n back now ones already sleeping as I’m almost out the door i ask the worker to open up the bathroom &he says no.i ask why not &he says because he’s not opening it for me (this is only third time I’ve ever been in this Tim Horton’s out of 10 years being in Calgary) as this picture shows there’s no out of order sign or being cleaned sign up.this as*hole clearly just wont open the washroom to be an as*hole ..99% of McDonald’s /Tim Horton’s staff as well as owners really need to brush up on there customer service &to be taken down a few notched from there pathetic power trips….maybe all the Tim Horton’s just need to be shut down permanently.i doubt id complain …because like i said 99% of the workers are too ignorant &dense to be working in customer service..so i don’t recommend going to this Tim Horton’s…Really makes me just wannabe freaking take a piss right in the lobby

    So, as an American tourist returning to Canada for the first time in 20 years, I decided I needed to have a Tim Horton’s breakfast at least once. I ordered an “everything” bagel with eggs, sausage and cheese and a hashbrown on the side with coffee. Service was a little slow but acceptable. The food itself was decent, certainly not bad…but in terms of quality just very “meh”; only slightly below McDonald’s. I was not impressed. But again, I was here for the sheer novelty of this iconic Canadian franchise. One more thing I can say I did that was typically Canadian, etc.

    I went today at around noontime and experience the worst customer service ever in Tim. I put an order for a 7 wraps, 2 bagel sandwiches and 10 pack timbits. After waiting for so long, they just put the bags at the counter without even a blink of an eye, I was not even able to see if my order was complete because of the busy crowd and I never even received the 10 pack timbits I ordered and they didn’t even include my receipt inside. I’ve been to too many busy Tim Hortons but they are never like this branch. If negative star can be given, I will definitely would. If you can, avoid going here.

    I had this Asian lady in her thirties taking my order and I just told her to hurry up a little since my train was in four minutes and I had one thing in my order. She was an extremely rude lady and told me to not buy anything from there if I am in hurry and after standing in line for good 15 minutes I got out of that Tim’s without buying anything. Talking about my personal experience I work in customer service myself and we don’t get good experience all the time but this kind of behaviour was just not acceptable at all. A request to the manager/store owner of this location if you are reading this, you are just ruining the stores reputation by keeping this kind of employees

    It’s my first time to this Tim Hortons branch today this morning with my friends and we did not receive the complete order. The male staff was very rude. One of our order (canadian bacon breakfast sandwich) was not available and he did not even bother to tell us beforehand and he just decided to change it to bacon just because he wanted to. I’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons and this location has the rudest staff ever.

    I tried to order a simple meal. A wrap & tea. Tell me why this employee tried to gaslight me by saying you haven’t had honey at Tim Hortons for the past 4yrs?! Just say you’re out. Rude. I get cream & Honey in my steeped tea all the time. Disappointed as heck
