What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Clean, organize, friendly staffs. Pretty Costco in the city! Parking lot is huge here but no gas station at this location!

Pretty busy during peak hours, and the Costco store is huge. Food courts get really packed too. Staffs are great here. Family on weekends are nice.

  2. costco generally is great – rotisserie chicken, $1.50 hotdogs, etc. This particular location has a super kind and understanding manager who helped my family find a place to park our cargo bike inside the garage when i emailed in to ask about it. thank you so much for helping make our family shopping experience more convenient!

tip for other cargo bike shoppers: park on the no parking zone section of the bike rack so that longer bikes don’t block cars, The rack is on the ground floor next to the long pedestrian ramp.

  3. Clean and well organized place, ample variety of food items but they tend to rotate brand and products a lot so don’t get attached to anything because it’s probable that for your next visit it won’t be available. Need to improve vegetarian options only a few are now on the freezers.

  4. The most exotic, largest collection of international varieties of any Costco. Costco San Francisco is an experience for visitors that travel to San Francisco, California.

  5. I almost never leave negative reviews, but today we are shocked by the attitude of one of the staff members. This lady with a name tag that says Cam was rude from the very beginning. Not only did she yell at us, she also refused to communicate when we asked a simple question. No wonder other customers in front of us rather wait in line for other staff than talking to her. We should have followed them. There are many ways to communicate and she obviously needs more training on that. A little more patience towards senior customers would be appreciated.
