  1. Loved what they did with the 2 storey building with glass windows! Excellent idea and lovely view of almost the entire TC. Just love it. Service is good but tables are at times left uncleaned after the previous customers despite the many working staff. I’m sure they’re doing their best, but still have room for improvements. Prices are standard. Place is clean. Wonderfully air-vonditioned especially on a hot day. Unfortunately no toilet provided. So, 4 stars.

  2. One of the prettiest Starbucks beside the Sea/Ocean. Went here to drop by ended up staying for 2 hours. Very quiet and relaxing

  3. Food and drinks part I think no comment is needed. On the other part, the location and design are superb, a glasshouse coffee shop next to the beach, so relaxing having a coffee here especially 2nd floor is having a better view. Usually crowded but it is a good place for photo shooting.

    Not so many people when we visited this place on weekday around 11am. The interior & the view on the first floor is so good.

    I like their consistent taste for coffee. Great customer service as always. The down side is that, it’s located in a mall. So, most of the time it was busy. But, the waiting time is less. Another added advantage on that. You guys should prepare physical cash or pay using cc or apps. Just in case their payment merchants is down. Happy trying peeps!

    just got back from this starbucks and the barista that served us doesn’t seem happy at all . the tones that he used while taking our orders are not friendly and feels like he force to do the job lol I felt like I’m getting scold?? the staff name are syahmi btw. please improve ye because i have read more than 1 complaint abt him .

    Standard Starbucks outlet with nice clean place and less than enthusiastic staff working. Price is as per other outlets. Indoor seating is limited and outdoor is not practical due to hot weather unless it rains. Nothing special worth shouting about here. Moving on.

    the baristas are very nice and friendly, they provided and gave some suggestions on drinks and vouchers and stuff. they helped me with the payment apps and the surrounding also was clean and very nice to hang out. as for the drinks, its rlly good and tasty for sure! no other coffee can beat starbucks!!!

    Efficiently-run branch. They served customers better than any branch in Kuantan. The indoor vibe is very cool and chill. This store is very spacious and each table is seperated distantly and perfect for hanging out with family and friends or having a discussion about business. Worth it to chill here. 💯👍

    A stand alone building with ample parking lot. They also have restrooms (ladies & men) but it couldn’t be flushed =/. The baristas were not well trained too. My latte had too much milk which made the expresso notes and aroma vanish.
