From Dustin, who diagnosed my issue, to Milton and Jimmy who did the excavation and repair, every step of the way they made sure I was informed about what was going on and explained my options. I had attempted to fix my sewer issue through my home warranty, who after 4 plumbers, not only couldn’t identify what the issue was but left my property in a worse state than they found it. Roto-rooter provided exceptional service, and were much more respectful of my time and property than any of the other plumbers I’ve dealt with. After cutting into the pipes, he realized he made a mistake and called his boss to find a solution to his mess up. Sent pictures and everything. Top it off quoted higher after his mistake. Then when he finished the job, we waited overnight to test it, and first thing in the morning water was everywhere in our laundry room. Let’s just say the worst experience ever, 3 technicians in less than a week to fix the tiniest leak, & on the first day when we told Trevor looks like you could have just sealed it from the top besides all that you explained the first time. His response was yeah I thought about that after. One it’s the holidays and two it’s not easy nowadays and when we don’t know too much about plumbing, we hope for honesty and I feel like we haven’t gotten any of that. I have placed 2 requests to hear back from the manager and heard nothing. I’ve never felt so used in my life and it’s the worst feeling, so I’d recommend doing your research, & know what you’re getting into before trusting who we expect are professionals.By L S (5 months ago)I called Roto-Rooter to come fix my broken sump pump. I was told someone would be out in an hour. It wasn’t until two hours later that Shane arrived. He was very professional and courteous. Shane quickly informed me I would need to replace the sump pump and he gave me a quote. He was not be able to fix it until the following afternoon because he needed approval from a supervisor. This gave me time to research the installation and confirm I would be able to do it myself. I ended up making an early morning trip to Home Depot and spending 1/4 of what I was quoted by Roto-Rooter. I cancelled my appointment with Shane and paid for his assessment. If not for that approval process I would have ended up spending a lot more. We were having problems with our shower dripping water and called KB Complete since we have a service contract with them. They were super nice and professional and sent a service tech out right away. Chris had done some other work for us in the past and was super insightful and very pleasant to deal with. Chris went above and beyond from start to finish last visit and this most recent visit today.

It’s Christmas Eve (Saturday), we had family over, and our pipe burst. Almost immediately I called KB Complete and was told someone could come Thursday. About 30 minutes later I got a call and they said someone would be out Christmas Day! About 45 minutes later, I got a call from Kyle and he said he was on his way. Kyle was personable, explained things, and once he found a the pipe (RIP drywall), he fixed it quickly and efficiently! He saved our Christmas and now I will be a life long customer.
After I found out my electrical panel was overheating and burning my fuses one by one, it was a terribly stressful time. I spent Christmas without most of my electricity, clinging to only my furnace (thankfully gas) and the bare minimum of lights. No oven. No microwave. Canned food.
The master electrician PERSONALLY delivered the service request to the city to get the panel replaced and to get my house back to normal as soon as possible. They did everything in their power to speed it along, and treated me like family the whole time. I will forever be grateful to the entire team that helped me and my fiancée out. I am planning on hiring them for my plumbing problems as well (the joys of having a 120+ y/o house).
I looked around before I confirmed with them, and they also had the best prices for the quote. Thank you! It’s so nice to not live in fear of your house burning down!!
