  1. Great price and very professional. They came up with ideas for this project that no one else did. Can’t say enough good things about John L. Very professional and their backhoe operator was a pleasure to deal with as well. They kept us informed every step of the way. We had a complete sewer line replacement which isn’t an easy job. Very fast completion and cleanup and protection of your property was a priority for them. You can’t go wrong with this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could.   2. Jon was amazing and super knowledgeable about everything. He reinstalled our toilet and sink after we had some flooring tile done and also informed us about chlorine in the water affecting our home. He was able to install a water filter the same day and was helpful about everything. Highly recommend!!!

  3. Dan was amazing. I was incredibly lucky as I was able to snag a cancellation appointment same day. It started out as a repair and turned into an installation of two faucets I already had and was planning on doing myself. While the cost was a bit high to me I am beyond pleased with the work and am glad it is done and done well. Plus Dan went above and beyond to do another minor correction/ fix for me. Truly pleased and thankful.

  4. Billy was amazing! Our hot water heater went out over the weekend. Billy was able to do a temporary fix and patiently answered all my questions. He was also able to fit us into his schedule later that week to completely replace the unit, again patiently answering a ton of questions. He was on time, professional, and very nice. We’ve tried other plumbers, but BF is responsive, on time, professional, and does high quality work- we’ll be using only them from now on.

  5. Joe was a wonderful plumber! Very pleasant, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time for our assessment/estimate. He presented options for our plumbing issues. It took us a bit of time to work out the financing and Joe was very patient. We had to go to multiple lenders and he took the time to walk us through all of our financing options. To our delight he scheduled our work for the very next business day! Could not be more pleased with Joe. He is an asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing 🙂

    I needed a repair to my 25 y.o dusk-to-dawn spotlight for our flag. Scheduling recall was very fast & courteous. I rec’d an email to confirm the time/date. I rec’d a text the day before to further confirm. I rec’d a phone call in AM to tell me they were on their way along with a text showing me the technician’s picture. Matt and his apprentice, Cole arrived promptly. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and reviewed what I needed to have done. They were professional, personable, courteous and efficient. They even took the time to make my dog love them! Luckily, they also had the parts needed to complete my job in the van. Matt gave me different options for combinations of pieces and pricing. I can’t remember being this impressed with a company’s service. I would highly recommend them!

    My boiler heating system stopped working just after the temperature started to drop for the season. We were without heat and unable to shower. I called Lancaster plumbing and heating for help and despite high demand they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. When the part was not available till a few days later the operator arranged to have a technician deliver space heaters until heat was functional. She was very polite and kind, as was the technician who repaired the heating system. They let you know when they’ll be arriving and provide a picture of the employee who will be helping you for verification. Great communication and very helpful!

    Dave, Bill and Chris spent two days at our home fixing a severe plumbing problem.. They worked extremely hard to correct a problem that was scheduled three days to repair. They placed our comfort and feelings first and were courteous, friendly and concerned about lessening our inconvenience as much as possible.. The pricing, quality of work and teamwork they exhibited was commendable. These guys enjoyed their job and were obviously a cohesive team. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

    I had a small fire and huge leak with my water heater on a Friday. I couldn’t call until that following Monday morning. From the time I called, they came out to check, gave me a quote, and my insurance issued payment, it took two days for them to come back out to replace my water heater. In about 4 hours they took out the old system, disposed of all trash, installed the new system and cleaned up. The friendliness, professionalism, dedication, communication with me throughout, and cost was excellent. Neffsville Plumbing is very well recommended.

    We knew our sump pump was starting to fail, called Neffsville plumbing and heating to have it checked. Our technician arrived 30 minutes later. Jaron Fox assessed the situation, gave us choices for the repairs (which is amazing since it allows flexibility with cost) and once we settled on a repair, they went to work. Everything was completed the same day. Jaron was a true professional, had answers to all questions and did a perfect installation. I recommend Neffsville plumbing and heating for all your needs. Very responsive, extremely professional, every time we have used this company the service technicians have bee fabulous!
