  1. Great experience from the moment I called !! She was so helpful and kind! Another company had canceled on me twice so I probably wasn’t in the best mood but she was able to get me scheduled for that day with Eddy! They sent me an email confirming my appointment with a picture of Eddy so I would know what my plumber would look like! Well Eddy was a step above any repair man that I’ve had. He arrived on time. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and approximate price. Eddy was a happy young man and we visited a bit and he told me how much he liked his job and what a great company Robbins was to work for and When he was finished he cleaned up everything. I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs!

  2. Outdoor spigots needed replacing. Eddie came promptly. Did the repairs, told me the steps he needed to do ahead of time. Rechecked that all was working. Looked at other jobs I showed him and told me and showed pictures of the problems. Eddie has been here before and also at my mother’s house. Always has been cheerful, friendly, courteous, helpful. We love Eddie.

  3. My 15 year old water heater went out in the morning before work, called a few places to see what was available since I don’t have a plumber I know and trust yet. Initially Robins Plumbing only had a slot available next day (which was expected) but when I called back they had a same day appointment available. Eddy came out for the service call and was great! Eddy is very professional and knowledgeable and clearly excels in his profession. I went from having no hot water at 8am, calling and scheduling at around 11am, to having Eddy arrive at 2pm, and hot water for a shower at 4pm. Highly impressed by the quality and service from Robins Plumbing. I now know who to call for any future plumbing issues!

  4. Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. She was gracious and kind.

    The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. He communicated with our son during the appointment and educated him as well (He had attempted to fix the issue on his own) Our son paid at the house with a cc and I was immediately sent a detailed invoice to my email. The entire process was one of the smoothest and most professional service experiences we’ve had in a very long time.

    Keep up the good work Robbins Plumbing. We hope to not be in plumbing crisis again but if needed in the future I can’t imagine calling anyone else!

  5. I could not recommend Robin’s enough. We primarily interacted with Autumn, who went above and beyond in terms of service and communication. She provided a thorough explanation of what worked needed to happen and why. She was patient with our questions and kept us updated throughout the project. The work is high quality and everyone that was involved with the project treated our home with respect.

    I gave Anthony’s Plumbing a call and Brandon arrived within the hour to check out a busted water heater. Not only did he give me the best options for a replacement, he was able to install a new unit after one business day. He also referred me to a restoration company to address the water damage and they were very quick to get a quote for repairs. Overall, I give my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend using this company. Brandon is very knowledgeable and was even kind enough to build my kids a fort out of the box the water heater came in!!

    Very speedy phone answer. Plumber did an excellent job, arrived promptly, and provided a reasonable estimate and price. Most importantly, they did an excellent job of removing two clogged sinks that had been a major issue. I will not hesitate to call this Plumbing the next time we have a problem in our home.

    Eric and Robert showed up to replace a shower cartridge and were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They also helped start the process when I discovered a water leak in the wall by contacting a restoration company. They did quality work and definitely went above and beyond!

    Horrible company who poisoned my family (manganese) because they didn’t flush the system and install properly. After calling poison control, they figured out it was the water system (we had black stains in our toilets). My dog, children and myself had to get blood work done to prove this was in our system. It was terrifying. The company response? They bought a refrigerator filter for our 3 month old brand new fridge, and flushed the system that should have been done in the first place. We hired this company after their water heater broke after just one year. The did not back up the warranty claiming our pipes were old, and instead sold us a $7000 water heater and new water system they had to install. We were without water for 9 full days while they did this install, we were told it would take 2 days max. During the install, they knocked one of my garage storage nearly trapping my husband, and breaking our entire commercial snack bar equipment, as well as smashing an antique doll house passed down from my family. Taking zero accountability. My kids had to live at my parents while this work was being done, we had no compensation for the hotels we had to stay in for showers, restrooms and cooking. We received NO money off of the $7000 purchase price, and the horror continued for weeks after we were diagnosed with this poisoning. It gets worse…..3 months after this installation, the shotty work caused a leak in our garage. the company sent a restoration company to cut out our drywall, and it has now been 3 weeks an our water is disconnected, no dry wall replaced, and no communication in when this will be repaired. Oh, and still no refund or reimbursement for this nightmare.

    Checked hot water heater, R/O, and discussed what is best and what will work in my condo set up. And provided an estimate for me to choose from. Jared was very personable and inspired confidence by his thorough knowledge of plumbing options. I feel confident that he will provide the same competency when he returns for the install. Thanks to Jared and Valley Plumbing! 10/12 Jared did provide wonderful service and checked in w/me at every step, to be sure everything was done according to my wishes or preference. I think when a Company is sound, everything done stands on its own merit. I am so grateful to have found Deer Valley and will continue to use them exclusively for my plumbing needs.     We were in need of service today within a small time period due to religious holiday. Your tech, Remington arrived within one hr. and completed the clogged drain quickly.     We were shown the old hardware that was broken after inspection for two of our sinks along with our outside main water valve. We took before and after photos of the completed work by our extremely knowledgeable tech with Deer Valley Plumbing! Hoses, caps, fixtures and a sink were all part of our service experience. The tech was helpful in educating us on different things along with correcting corrosion and multiple difficult tasks. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone through Deer Valley plumbing and would also recommend your company to everyone I know! Thanks again for your quick response to our emergency water leak initially and completing the entire job going above & beyond! We are always on a learning curve and couldn’t have done it without you.

    I had a really great experience with deer Valley plumbing one of my sewer pipes was crushed and needed to be replaced. The team that came was courteous and worked very hard.
