What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Just garbage. I tried the Double Down after missing out on it over a decade ago, and I will forever remain haunted knowing I could have avoided putting this putrid manifestation of the decline of western civilization in my body. I knew it was gonna be bad but I can only blame my morbid curiosity…. It went in the trash. Also, why do you you only have Diet Pepsi as a diet drink? Yeah, I know I am destroying my body with your calorically dense food so the full sugar drinks shouldn’t matter, but have more than six options. Coke does.

  2. Nicely remodeled and decorated interior!! Plenty of parking and staff are friendly. Sometimes you want those 11 Herbs and Spices.

  3. Staff looked like they hate their job not friendly, not busy, we were the only ones in the lobby ordering. One car at drive thru. Food was great tho.

  4. I Came Here Before & The Manager Is Awesome And Her Crew Are The Best. I Like The Delicious Chicken, Sides, Ice Cold Drinks And The Great Cakes. Yup Definitely Come Here, To Enjoy The Delicious Food And The Friendly Service. I Totally Recommend This Place 💯.

  5. Pulled into the drive thru a little after 9:30 to be told they had no chicken at all. Just corn, mashed potatoes & pot pies.
For a restaurant that’s based entirely around its chicken, that’s just sad.
Guy at the speaker was nice though.

This is my second time ordering online for delivery so I cannot rate the service or atmosphere a high or low but the food is not good. I understand they close at 11 but if I’m ordering almost an hour before I would still expect my food to be good, it’s a no. The 1st time I ordered was literally like a week ago and my famous bowl was filled and stuffed with cheese and my brother’s chicken on his bowl was not even warm. I gave it a second chance today and both our bowls were filled with cheese, like if they were in a rush to just send it and then something tasted sour so we didn’t even get to eat our bowls and I ordered 4 biscuits and I only got 2. I work for a restaurant but even if we are in a rush or almost closing we still give our 100 to the food. I’m not one to usually rate/review things but a second time is enough especially because it’s a waste of money for not even getting to eat anything.

It frequently feels like the drive through is “One Car” at a time, never more. If cars are waiting on three sides of the building, I think it would be appropriate to drop several pieces of chicken in the fryer to reduce wait times. Keep the line moving, employ a car hop to collect order beyond the two car max between the ordering speaker and window. Food is good and service is friendly, definitely quality not quantity here.

Clean quick service, food is always good, not cheap but worth it, you do have to make shure they put all of the products on your food basket, mine was missing the popcorn chicken and the bisquit, I tolf the clerk and she apologized and gave them to me. I would return, also good to know there are no bumbs hanging arround the place.

I ordered the 8 pieces of chicken tenders for $10.00 online for pickup. It takes about 5 minutes for them to prepare it. It’s seems to always be fresh . It’s quick to order on the app and easy to pick up. You park in the mobile App pick up space and go inside to find your name on the bag. Yes, it’s that easy. It’s a great deal only online. I added sauces for free and paid for a regular Mac & Cheese. Enjoy my friend.

Food was really great. The service was horrible and the women were rude. We sounded a little rude to begin with and that woman straight up called us on it. My worker isn’t supposed to say anything except smile and these women did not smile at all they seem to like hate their jobs. And apparently can’t handle other people that are not so nice. They should know that comes with a job. You put on a fake smile for all your customers unless the customers are just simply unreasonable. All we said is hold on

I did a drive through order and the lady that was taking the orders was very rude. She first said let me know when your ready and then when I told her I was ready she yelled at me saying to wait. Thankfully she did not end up taking my order. Alexz the person who took my order was very polite and helpful. I give Alex a 5.

If you want anything but “order and pay online, pick up your food in drive through and don’t take more than 10 mins to get there or we will be closed” or “order and pay online, walk in and pick your own bag of food (and help yourself to any other bag you like, also) from the warmer, just don’t bother us” then this place is for you. I kid you not. There is no customer service, no warmth or caring if you return. No pride in the brand.

In fact, by limiting their dining room hours severely, and by insisting that you wait for up to 45 mins to get your food if you order inside, they effectively make sure that anyone in a hurry and on a budget is not able to order any of the specials listed on the windows, as all online orders are exempt from these discounts. AND they charge a premium to boot. A large gravy in the store is $1.99. Online it is $5.99!! While I applaud the ability to be able to use EBT, once again? Not an option online. Which is not unusual, but with this place you cannot assume they will be open their posted hours and if you head down with a list of your family’s order, do it before they close the dining room, anywhere between 6-8pm. Or you are told you must go through drive thru. Which, being on a walker and not driving, is rather inconvenient.

This place is the very reason national chains are fighting to take control back from local franchised restaurants with AB1228, WHICH I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH, but this restaurant is the epitome of leaving a bad impression of a much loved family brand. KFC needs to step in and do something about this. Until then, I recommend going to any location than this one. They don’t care at all.

Specialty Menu at KFC Restaurant

KFC, or Kentucky Fried Chicken, is a popular fast food chain known for its crispy and flavorful fried chicken. While their regular menu offers a wide range of fried chicken options, KFC also offers a specialty menu that features unique and delicious items.

  • Hot Wings: These spicy wings are perfect for those who enjoy a bit of heat with their crispy chicken. The Hot Wings are coated in a spicy seasoning and are available in different quantities to satisfy your hunger.
  • Double Down: The Double Down is a famous KFC creation that replaces the traditional burger bun with two chicken fillets. Between the fillets, you’ll find bacon, cheese, and sauce, making it a tasty and unique alternative to a typical sandwich.
  • Nashville Hot Chicken: Nashville Hot Chicken is known for its intense spiciness and flavor. KFC offers their own version of this southern specialty, featuring a crispy chicken fillet coated in a spicy hot sauce. It’s the perfect choice for spice lovers.
  • Popcorn Chicken: If you’re looking for a smaller portion of chicken that’s perfect for snacking, the Popcorn Chicken is an ideal choice. These bite-sized pieces of crispy chicken are flavorful and addictive, making them a popular menu item.
  • Chizza: The Chizza is a unique combination of chicken and pizza. It features a breaded chicken fillet as the base, topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and a variety of toppings. It’s a fun and unconventional twist on two classic dishes.

These specialty menu items offer a twist on KFC’s traditional fried chicken, providing unique flavors and combinations. Whether you’re in the mood for something spicy, small and snackable, or even a chicken-based pizza, KFC’s specialty menu has something to satisfy every craving.
