  1. This place is nice! The lady in the office is so friendly along with who I am assuming is her son!! The cabin was perfect for all 5 of us! Not too crowded when it got to cold and we had to hang out inside instead of at the beach or jetties! They bath house was really clean and the water was amazingly hot! Easy to find and the price is just even better!! Can’t wait to book again!! And not too far from the beach!!

  2. The people here were great. This is a very quiet and friendly place. This place is 9 minutes to the beach. There is fishing right inside the park. The host likes to have a good time and has a great attitude . For the stay, we will be back very soon. we have already made reservations…

  3. Caney Creek RV Park, a hidden gem near the gulf coast . We love the area , fishing , beach time, a quaint club house, and beautiful sunsets are among the many activities we enjoy.

  4. The owners were super kind, and very welcoming. We were the only crazy people in tents but our three teen girls had a blast! The price for the stay was amazing for the amenities they offer. We sat in the community room playing dominoes and cards and the bathrooms were spotless! The residents were friendly also.

    We will definitely be back!

    The owners of Sargent Beach RV Park are friendly and take great care of this property. The grass is fluffy and cared for, there’s concrete pads for your RV, dumping, electric, and water on site, and you are only a minute walk to the beach. The beach isn’t insanely sandy (which I love), the tide comes in at night and keeps it all damp and packed down. But during the day, there’s plenty of room with the tide out to set up your stuff. The section of beach where this small RV park is located, is not populated at all. In the week we stayed, there were possibly four other beach-goers that we saw. And they were nowhere near us, as there was plenty of room to space out. There is not trash strewn about. The trash we saw, we picked up to help keep it clean (maybe three of four pieces?). The only downside, if I had to pick one, is that there aren’t any trees around the RVs to block sun and wind. Regardless, we don’t care. We will come back to this small, gorgeous, little known, and secluded beachside RV park. We love it here.

    This place is a diamond in the rough. Will definitely be staying there again. They only have seven slots for RVs and a few cabins. It was very clean and they are nicely spaced lots that are 100ft from the ocean. Bring your surf rode as my husband enjoyed the fishing, He caught whiting, catfish, drum and a stingray, all of which he threw back.

    This place was amazing. The park is so clean and well kept. The views are unlike anything else. Make sure you are prepared! There is nothing around here, except a few dollar stores! Just like we like it! The beaches were our favorite part! We found the most incredible shells, and our dogs could run off leash without bothering anyone cause there wasn’t anyone for miles!
    My one and only complaint is the mosquitoes. They were so so bad. We weren’t able to be outside for even a minute without multiple mosquitos all over us. (Even with bug spray and citronella candles) Not the parks fault at all! But I think having it sprayed every so often would drastically help. But the mosquitoes just comes with the nature of being in a warm and wet environment!

    We will definitely be back!

    This has to be the most peaceful place we have ever stayed. Fell in love with the view and sounds of the ocean. Great fishing and very cool drive over the corkscrew bridge 🙂 Very clean, small laundry room which is perfect because you will want to stay longer! Thank you! We will definitely be back soon.

    A hidden jewel of a campground. Small, unique, spotless, quiet, pet friendly, easy parking for big or small campers, and only a few steps to the beach on the one side or the inner coastal canal on the other, great spot for beach walking, fishing or just relaxing. The owners are dog lovers, super friendly atmosphere – we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back for certain. Thank you for everything !!

    Stayed here for a long weekend. Nice location, just a quick drive to the beach. Fishing right off pier at Rv park. Nice concrete slabs and grassy area for our dogs next to spot. We stayed in #3. Close to nice liquor store and food truck park. Ate at crab trap grill, very good! This park is quiet and everyone friendly. Decent bath house with shower and coin operated laundry. Will definitely stay here again.

    Absolutely Love it here. Love that the laundry room is lifted. Such a great view when waiting on your wash. Plus it and the bath/shower room is always clean. Don’t forget detergent and quarters no machines here. But a TV and magazines. Each spot has concrete area, picnic table, gril, boat parking area,, and just a great setup. Don’t feel squished at all. Pier is just perfect. So clean. Owner is helpful. Canal is so relaxing, chairs are big and comfortable. Great Area for Fishing,Crabbing , with a cleaning station. I would not rather be at any other park. Still here. And loving it.

    I stayed here for about a week and had the space next to the dock, cleaning table and laundry. It was very convenient and kept boat in the water the whole time. Great place and I hope to make it back in the future.

    Definitely the best rv park in sargent, concrete spots are very wide, and level, you can open the slides and awning without being in the neighbors spot, 30 and 50 amp service, great water pressure, and very quiet even being on the main drive in town. The bathhouse is nice and clean, washers and dryers are great, the dock is about 75 ft long plenty of room for a group camping together with lights on timers for the night, nice sitting area under cover or on the dock, nice fish cleaning station, the owner is very easy to deal with, the park is safe with kids, bathroom is clean, wifi is great, its the only place i would recommend in the area and look forward to going back soon.
