  Worst experience ever, This is the first time I visited naturals. I went for waxing today, one Muslim lady has done it. She completely seems to be unprofessional. No proper hair was removed for hands as well as legs. After removing wax no cream was applied and not at all cleaning the leftover wax properly. She gave the tissue to me to clean by myself. I have a membership card they gave me 20 rupees discount on it and the tax is too high, it is 18%. I Never recommend to anyone and never gonna visit again.

  I got waxing done here and the service was very bad and hair is not removed properly..the tissue got stuck to my hand and legs..and on top of it before starting the job they mentioned the wax as flavoured and which would cost 600 but after job they changed it to some other wax and charged 2000 which is not at all acceptable and when I asked for menu they told that this wax is not listed in the naturals menu and the prices have gone up after Corona

  The person who coloured has not paid attention while colouring and hair cutting also, he charged Rs. 700 for head and moustaches coloring and told that this is no.1 color, it never fade but next day itself it’s looking like uncolored hair. This may be due to unskilled worker but surprisingly he told that he has 7 years of experience!

  Next day itself I wanted to visit again to meet management but due to busy unable to come. I suggest to improve attention of worker at work

  I had the worst experience. They waxed my hands with hot white chocolate wax and Burned both my hands, and plucked with rough tissues which wear tearing the process. they still charged with 530 rupees with taxes. so basically they burnt my skin and made me pay the price with taxes.

  I’ve got head massages done at a lot of saloons but this massage was different. Staff-Priyanka did the job. She was wonderful at her service. Pampered me to the fullest. No one ever played spa music at any saloon, but she did. Applied oil liberally and gave a very good head massage that I’ll never forget. Good that I’ve found her here in Nizamabad.

  I was there for waxing services which was the worst experience ever I had. I have done waxing 100s of times before but never felt so much of pain which I had here. She was pulling my hair in totally wrong like whatever way she want i told her multiple times and she never bothered and kept on doing the same and I asked to stop her then she sent in another staff who did the whole thing perfectly nice atleast this one star deserve for her who came later.
