What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I have the worst experience in pickup shopping in this place, you are supposed to pay everything before going to pick up the order now it turns out that if you already paid for your order and then you pick it up they can hit extra surcharges that they do not explain to you, they only do it period. They made me a recharge of more than 16 dollars more because I do not know, in the same order that I already paid. I have always had the habit of looking at my account statement and if it weren’t for that I would not have noticed that extra charge. I ask everyone if you have bought here online to check your account statement

  2. I love the people that work there. I have been going here for more than 35 years. But there has been sewage coming out the back of the building for 42 days now , I have told the manager and some other employees and the city and the sewage is still flowing.

  3. The main Kroger that I swing by because it is close my my complex. I normally never have issues in the store. I always seem to find really good deals and mark downs when I go there. Yesterday, they had a number of wines marked down in the fridge. I picked through 6 bottles that I found to purchase. As I rang them up, they did not match the sticker/markdown price instead they run up higher. The self check guy had no clue what I do. He went and got other cashier who went to go check the bottles. The other cashier came back with the manager behind she/her informing me they could not changed the prices when the labels were incorrect and multiple wine bottles not in the right spot. I was not honored. I advise the manager to fix the sale prices on the wine in the fridge, or they will continue to run into the same problem. I ended up leaving with one bottle that actually was labeled correctly. I wasn’t pleased.

  4. Never has no baskets up bread for customers. Never know fresh food in the deli. This store makes Kroger company look Bad. Management of this location you really need to step it up

  5. Sarah at the Western Union/ Ria register was a total saint I appreciate the information provided to renew my car registration, I went on Wednesday and forgot to leave a review then but she was extremely informative and polite, I only wish more people were like her when it comes to customer service

It’s pretty sparse but if you’re looking for the basics it’s quality stuff. The donut selection is basically glazed, chocolate glazed and not much else. Some of the bread is name brand stuff and cakes are usually made upon request. It’s cramped aisle wise but the staff is friendly when you can find them. It’s convenient if you are shopping anyway so you’re mileage may vary but check out the place if you are in north Arlington

Went and bought Trulys on Saturday. They were ALL marked at $15.99 . They rang up 18.99 at the register. I brought it to the cashiers.attention and asked for the price to be adjusted. They said no. I go back in on Monday, everything is still marked $15.99. Get to the register, same thing happens. The cashier says ” it’s an old price, we won’t honor it.” … Great. Well either honor your prices you have marked.. and do not change to be corrected after being told they are marked wrong, or honor the price.

Been shopping at the same kroger for 9 years my neighbor kroger. It was pleasant But unfortunately lately like for 6 months already I feel so uncomfortable shopping there cause one staff, and tonight was my last day shopping on my favorite kroger convenient store. The way I always get treated by him is very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Martell has such a rude attitude and demanding that I don’t feel like put up my money there anymore. When customers choose a place to shop and put their money, they deserve respect. Haven’t felt respected at all. With pain in my heart I might look for another store that can make my shopping a great experience.

Consistently expired items in the yogurt section. Reduced selection of products, large spiders inside the store, parking area is not maintained well. The sign says “Kroger” but it surely doesn’t seem like the Kroger experience.

Worst Kroger in Arlington!!! Their store is filthy! The produce is always rotted and covered with flies and gnats! They are not up-to-date on products. They don’t carry a variety of cold Almond and Oatmilk. They don’t have a variety of seafood. When you ask about a product no one knows the answer. Their deli is skimp and their customer service is “hurry up and wait”! They play around so much, that they barely know you are calling for them. I try to avoid this store as much as possible. The Kroger on LAMAR is much better it’s is not even that much more of a drive and they have EVERYTHING!

The last several times I’ve gone into the store, which is the closest to my house there have been 0 cashier checkers it is nothing but self check every time. for this reason I will no longer be shopping at this grocery store. I’ll run up for a gallon of milk or sugar but I will never have a full shopping cart again. I don’t want to deal with looking up a product, waiting for someone to come check my ID, bagging it all up myself in a very small area. I’ll go out of my way.

Lived near this store for 40 years. Nothing has changed. Same nasty experience. Deli meals are a joke. Albertsons on North Carrier Pkwy knows how to run a deli with wide selection of sides. Folks stop settling for less and drive an extra mile. P-poor.

Definitely worst Kroger location I’ve ever visited. The place is extremely run down, unsure if it’s dirty or just falling apart. The selection is not great, low stock on a lot of items. There’s almost never actual cashiers and the self check out line is pretty long on a weekend because of them not having cashiers.

This is the worst Kroger location I’ve ever been to. They are always out of stock on basic items. They are not organized and place products in front of the wrong tags confusing customers. I had an issue where the morning manager wouldn’t honor the correct price of the correct product because it was in the wrong spot. That is unfair to the customer and will also be brought to corporate.

The spectrum sales people are getting really annoying. I come here to grocery shop and get in and out, not be sold internet by aggressive sales people. The last three or four times I’ve been here I’ve watched them literally follow people around the store and comment on things in their shopping baskets. Kroger let your customers shop in peace.
