a month agoAlways have such great prices and rewards with fuel points compared to any other retail grocery stores. The people are always so friendly and are willing to help you with anything, even if that includes running to the back to check on items for you. Been going to this Kroger since I was a kid and have loved it ever since. Especially now that they have a fuel station!!6 months agoWhile I like Kroger stores in general, this one has probably the worst and most confusing parking lot in Knoxville. Too many spaces devoted to pickup. A large shipping container and a surveillance camera taking up other spots. Then they make announcements that cars will be towed. Not to mention it was even more if a dumpster fire during gas pump construction. I’ll avoid.5 months agoI went to pick up to get my order. The young lady didn’t know how to cash me out. So she took the transaction inside the store, to self checkout, where their was a old women been very nasty to me. She was rolling her eyes, and huffing and puffing. I had to stand in the store 33 mins been I’m disabled and not supposed to be standing. She called a manager who came and joined the laughing topic which was me. A lady fell in the store after I arrived and they left me a disabled person standing in the floor given me all kinds of attitude. I would like to speak to someone about how they treated me but not to the lady manager who was there. Because she thought this was funny. She was laughing at my pain.5 years agoWhat can I say!! This was the first time I visited this place in a long time.. It’s similar to the Kroger’s in Kingston pike, but the place has a Star bucks located on the inside.. I was impressed for a second I thought I was in Walmart in the infant section. There are blankets, toys, baby gates, and car seats for sale.. The staff are really sweet and willing to help.. There is a whole Dish section for you to buy plate ware. Really nice store!!4 months agoI will never shop at this Kroger or possibly any Kroger after my interaction with an employee who cussed at me and had such a poor attitude. The employee was coming out of back room and hit myself and two other women with his buggy. I immediately kindly told him nicely they would have to watch for people in the future when coming out swinging doors. He then cussed at me and said “maybe you should watch where you put your buggy with alot of attitude. He then took off sprinting down the isle. I spoke with manager and she told me she would review the cameras (which cannot pick up sound). She seemed as she was blaming me for the incident and didn’t seem very sorry and had lack of care. I spoke with vendor (that I’ve known for years) and he said the employee is known for his attitude. This wouldn’t be a big deal but im terminal on hospice so to be treated this way was unbelievable.

4 months agoIt was about 7:30 PM and I was trying to find something in the Bakery. And when I gave up I asked somebody in the deli area and they told me that Everybody gone home and they will be back tomorrow but if you’d not find it outside then we do not have it. I wasn’t happy with their answer so when I was going back to the bakery again. I saw another lady on her cell phone behind the line. So I asked her about some kind of cake she said I’d not worked In this section but if you did not find it outside then we do not have it. I think it was better for those guys to direct me to some person who knows something like a supervisor or a manager, Instead of giving me unprofessional answers. Thank you.a month agoMuch cleaner and a better clientele than the Kroger in my neighborhood on S. Chapman Highway – but what’s with not providing any staffed checkstands? I’m confused by stores building multiple checkstands but never providing any staff. There was a long line at the self-check because people were being made to scan their own carts full of stuff. Come on Kroger! Self-check is for a few items, not forty. Take one of the many staff people you have just standing around, and put them on a checkstand.6 months agoThis is OSHA approved but you don’t tell the customers that it gets into the food they are eating. Why wasn’t anyone helpful at the store. Contact OSHA and see if they missed something because the clothes and napkins are losing dust. Real bad. Couldn’t see it.4 months agoIt was a very pleasant experience as usual. The young man at the self-checkout was very helpful with the digital coupon that I did not know how to use. A very big thank you to him.5 years agoThis mall had to of been an amazing mall sometime in the past. It’s clean and nice, however most store are empty. It’s like a ghost town.

My favorite grocery store! Love Simply Organic brand for their quality and prices. Kroger is conveniently located on Kingston pike. Their cake bar is very big with lot of variety and their freshly baked Tuscan bread is just yummy. It is the best place to get birthday flowers, candles and cards too. I usually buy veggies, meat and fresh fruits here. This store is very clean and well maintained.
Very clean store with good merchandise stock and selections. The handicap parking is plentiful and send to be a very safe area to park.
The best Kroger in town! The pharmacy is great, barbecue on Saturdays out front, and located in the perfect location to service everyone West.
Needed to find a specialty honey and an employee went out of their way to help me locate it! So refreshing to find that kind of helpfulness and care for customers. Thank you again to the staff member and to Kroger for promoting this in their business.
The staff is friendly/kind and always helpful. A big chain, which has its own benefits, that has a staff that is excellent and makes the store feel local.
