  It used to easy to shop here. But they changed their registers so that now there is no line. Just mass of people trying to jockey for an open register. And they blocked off part of the parking lot so I am often walking a lot farther than necessary passing a dozen mostly empty parking places. I’m finished with them.

  I had an issue with my money orders that I purchased at the store. They Pam and her manager spent a half hour of their time to help rectify my concerns and issues. I am a regular customer and will continue to be very loyal to this store!

  I love the volume of the music! Perfect so I can jam out while shopping! The employees are so bubbly, friendly, and willing to help their costumers even if it’s just to compliment them. I love it!

  The gas station in front has consistently had one of the best prices in the Columbus, Georgia area. I used to get all my gas in Phenix City, Alabama. But now this station is generally 12 to 15 cents a gallon cheaper. If you live in Phenix City or its surrounding area consider stopping here for gas if you’re in the area….

  Yall are ruining the only Walmart that i enjoyed going to with the recent changes. The changes and how they’re affecting parking is like a joke. The perfect setup for grocery pickup was on the side and now yall moved out to the middle of the parking lot. Makes zero sense. The inside of the store was refreshing compared to other Walmart stores, but now it’s being redesigned to be just like them. I guess you don’t know when you have a good thing going. SMH The staff are still really nice and i know these changes aren’t their fault.

  Best Walmart in the area! I’ve been going here for a few years now, and using grocery pickup for over a year on a regular basis. The store is clean; workers are friendly and helpful; and pickup workers are particularly helpful! I know Walmarts get a bad rap, but this one is different.

  The people who work here are incredibly rude. I watched a stocker look straight at a woman then push her out of the way with her cart. If the woman wouldn’t have moved she would have gotten hit with it. They literally all look like they hate their lives & ignore customers. There wasn’t a single check out idle open. Only self check out, and the staff were circled up in a corner laughing while people did their job. Go to aldis, or literally anywhere else. This place is ratchet. 🙄

  2 days leading up to Thanksgiving I made at least about 15 trips to this Walmart, they had everything I needed, every time, I notice they were always put out fresh produce, shelves fully stocked. Everything so cleaned staff very friendly, nice always so helpful just the kind of store I like shopping at.

  It is insane that there are only self check outs available. The excuse of not enough worker is not ok. Especially when there were employees just standing around at the front. At the very least they should have one register open for those of us with mobility problems or people who don’t want to work for free.

  I ordeerd a pick up order on Sunday I told the young lady to cancel it at 6 pm on Monday due to miscommunication so I assumed she cancelled it when I checked yester day the had marked my order as picked up at 544 am which is very untrue so I wonder who took those cube steaks raviolis and cheesecake home on me….thank God Walmart plus has a refund system one more thing I didn’t know y’all were open at 544 am

  Horrible customer service on Buena Vista Rd. As a customer you’re supposed to feel welcome. I don’t!! The cashiers are horrible. They don’t say hey how you’re doing or nothing. It’s ridiculous. You might have 2 people speak. I would rather go to airport thruway and I’m on buena vista. The attitudes there. Smh

  Did an online pickup order and ended up having to cancel it and go inside and get items personally as the workers couldn’t even with hours to do so!
  Had entire order done in less than 15 minutes and they couldn’t with over 4 hours!
  I will not be coming back to this store and will drive the extra distance to a different store than come here again. Literally watched the pickup workers playing on phones and talking instead of getting work done

  Becky in customer service is unnecessarily rude, she talks about customers to other customers once they walk away. And I don’t understand why they don’t do exchanges but Walmart on airport does. Then I asked her a question I honestly didn’t know and she looked at me and answered me like I was stupid.

  Always something different at this particular,mostly black operated and frequented store.This time cash only at a couple registers operated by employees other registers are self serve with card only. Employees don’t seemed too enthused to help out when needed. Could not use credit or debit for the remainder of purchase where I was short on cash so I had to leave the entire purchase and walk out. Didn’t matter to the employee. Smh,customers don’t seem to matter any more.
