  We couldn’t find several things we needed. Store was cleaner than usual. The older lady working in the craft department was very helpful. She helped me send pictures to my daughter to make sure I got the right items she needed. Very much appreciated. There were no scooters available. After walking from one side of the store to the other to look, I had to sit in my truck and watch for one. Greater was nice, but didn’t care there weren’t any scooters available.

  I have been doing curb side pickup at the Booth Road Walmart Supercenter for the past 3 weeks. I must say I have been very pleased. I have not waiting longer than 5 minutes for my groceries to come to my car and the staff has been so friendly. Today I had the same person that brought my groceries out last week, Jesus. He was and is so friendly and took the time to tue a few of my bags so things would not roll around in my trunk. He didn’t have to do that but wanted to do a little more than just putting it the car. I hope he brings out my groceries next week. Great Job Walmart, keep up the good work there on Booth Road and hiring great people like Jesus.

  I’m disabled and on my own when I shop. The Supercenter has 1 working electric shopping cart and 5 broken ones. I’ll go to Kroger and pay higher prices for the ability to shop easier. I’m not the first to say this

  Tried calling the vision department to reschedule an eye appointment. No one was answering, so I ended up going to the store. I was told that the eye doctor had not opened her schedule for the new month so I would have to wait a week. Fast forward a week later, no one answers the phone in the eye department. Tried going through the Main line and the lady at the customer service was very rude when she tried to patch me through. Then hung up. Tried calling back three more times. Whoever was on the other end would pick up and hang up. I would normally think someone was having a bad day, but this happened over two different days.

  I don’t appreciate ordering something to be delivered to my home at a specific time and an hour later it still not being here and being hung up on when I try to call to find out where my stuff is. I understand it’s a large something but why isn’t there a company vehicle big enough to deliver things when people place orders for delivery. Now I have to rearrange my day and schedule to pick it up personally. Please do better. Do not offer a service that you can not provide. It’s frustrating and annoying.

  Stuck in aisle a15, mobile cart ran out of battery and no help. A lot of people walking by but no help. Had my 7yo grab my crutches because I’m tired of sitting here.
  It says it has battery but that is broken.
  The kid up front says there are a lot that don’t work it seems if you had a system to protect that investment and your disabled people this wouldn’t be a problem.

  I had both of my youngest kids with me (4 and 8) and I was thankful for everything that I needed being accessible. I do wish there were more cashiers instead of so many of the self check out stands because I was already tired by the time I got done shopping, but the kids had fun helping me scan everything. Also, the bathroom was actually clean for once. I was so happy. Maybe I just caught it at a good time of the day.

  I’ve been calling day after day trying to reach a manager for an extra charge of a air bed! Charged for 3 on my receipt and I only had 2. The phones are just ringing. No one picks up and when they did it was a fitting room rep that put me hold to transfer to someone that hung up the phone! Im traveled to this state and didn’t realize the extra charge until we got 9 hrs away to Cincinnati ohio and started to open the beds. I called corporate and they said expect a call from the store within 3 days and still nothing. Im just trying to get my money back or something, even if they’d send a walmart gift card with the amount! Cameras show i had 2 boxes, somehow scanned 3!

  Do not order delivery! Because of this place, which I’m still unable to reach a single person, (mailbox being full…) they splutter my delivery order into what looks like 3 separate ones (I get it,supply and demand) but I had a hold placed on my bank account and somehow one delivery order turned into a curbside pickup in Perry. I was trying to do delivery to ease my life and so now what Walmart…?!?!

  Sorry this time, but some employees at this store need orientation on dress code. Is very sad to see this employees with dirty clothes and shoes, also showing their but. The presentation is very important for success in life. This is a manager responsibilities at all times.

  Third time is a charm!!!

  My last stop looking for a new car battery stopped here at the Zebulon Walmart location on 9/24. Ty, in automotive, was very diligent in assisting with our automotive needs.

  Unlike associates at the Gray Hwy and Harrison Walmart locations, when Ty in Zebulon did not see the battery I needed on the shelf, he walked behind the shelf and went on a thorough search to find the battery in a box behind the shelf. We were so thankful! We were then able to use our new battery that was covered under our 3-year warranty to drive our trade in car to our dealership appointment, trade it in, and obtain our new car. We couldn’t be happier.

  You never really know how much of an impact the simplest things can make. I just needed sales associates in previous Walmart stores to not be lazy and look for a battery.

  Thank You Ty and Rafael! There was another helpful associate present, but I didn’t catch his name; thank you, too! Anyhow, roll those cameras back and give all three of those men a raise because that’s a quality customer care team that gives Walmart a good look!

  Literally never have a good experience at this store so I try to avoid it at all cost when it comes to customer service after two of my experiences. One being 7 months pregnant loading up a crib that I purchased online that didn’t work so I tried to return it. Customer service was 0 help and didn’t even act like they cared to create a solution. Employees just standing all around looking useless. I was told, sorry you’ll have to call customer service and ship it back yourself 🙄🙄 SO then I had to load the thing back up in my car myself after it took everything in me just to get it there in the first place. The second experience, I wanted to exchange diapers for a larger size… load my diapers and baby up.. just to walk in and be told at the door that customer service is closed on a Friday at 2 pm. Like why? I’m sure it was staffing related issue cause it’s usually a ghost town looking for an employee, except for today of course… as there are 4 employees walking around together having pow wows and loading up buggy’s. I know customer service is unfortunately a thing of the past, but my advice is to go here if you want to be inconvenienced, yup I’m petty and took the time today.

  Although they did not have the item I wanted in stock–as usual I found other things I needed. Like brown mulch: Clearance priced at $2 per bag. There was plenty there. But bring some extra 32 gallon bags because the stock is aged on some.So the bags tear easily. Case the entire patio area & you’ll find stronger bagged mulch. Also, there’s some red mulch

  It’s Walmart, so the bar is low. But this Walmart used to be pretty good! Now all the associates claim to be short-staffed, but there was a plethora of associates zoning (although not very well!) Half the prices on the shelf are not accurate. Download the app and scan everything.
