  BEYOND IRRITATED – Went to get a thermometer in the middle of tropical storm rain/ wind as we were visiting from out of town and my child was running a fever.

  There was a locked cabinet with a button to push for service. After waiting 10 minutes no one came. I was directly across from the pharmacy counter so I asked if they had a key. NOPE.

  That would make sense right? It’s a pharmacy item. But they sent a message across the loudspeaker for someone to come.

  Another 10 minutes passed. NO one came. At this point I’m getting frustrated. There were many employees passing me and not one even so much acknowledged my presence.

  Then one of the employees at the pharmacy counter called it again over the loudspeaker. She had no idea who would have the key. (I’m sorry. Why?) She searched for a good while and then asked a random girl who was pulling a palate of items who would have a key. Turns out ALL of the employees who stock do. As she unlocked the door, I asked who was supposed to get the notice that I had been ringing it for. Her answer? NO ONE…. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? You can’t have this option without holding a specified person responsible.

  And why wouldn’t the pharmacy, who attends to the needs of that area, have access in addition? 1. The fact that the pharmacy had no clue was unacceptable.

  2. The fact that no one was accountable is rediculous.

  TO TOP IT OFF … after I got back to the hotel, I realized they gave me the box for thermometer covers- which was not obvious at all as they weren’t even pictured, only a thermometer. That’s how it was labeled..SO ALL THAT FOR NOTHING.

  My experience with my catering order from the prepared foods section was great. The order was ready on time and the food was good. It is hard to get them on the phone to order, but I just went to the counter to place it within 24hrs. All of the clerks were nice, and very friendly. Thank you!!

  Navita, in the bakery is a Magician when it comes with Cupcakes. I asked for Pink sprinkles on a Vanilla cupcake with white icing. She took my vision and amplified it to greatness. She added Roses, White (edible) beads and Tiara rings. I will always get my sweets through her. She is always a beautiful person to talk to as well.

  This location is the worst! I did an order for delivery last night and paid the $10 for delivery within 2 hours because I’m home with my grandbabies. The order kept getting delayed and I ended up canceling it hours later. A refund was given. This morning I made a new order with some different items. The order that arrived was what I ordered the night before which wouldn’t be bad except for the fact that it was mostly dairy and frozen items that had obviously been left out all night! The ice cream was literally liquid! The rest of the items were completely thawed out. How does a store allow this to happen??? People’s health and well being don’t matter? Makes me question the handling of the dairy and frozen items sold in the store. So here I am once again with 2 grandbabies, unable to go shop, still without the needed items! Last month an order was placed for a case of diapers and we received a SWIFFER DUSTER instead! The manager needs to be replaced, clean house, hire a staff that pays attention to what they are doing and get their act together. This entire experience is absolutely unacceptable and concerning.

  I have been here two times to pick up orders and I ended up cancelling the orders each time. The staff are incredibly rude. I am doing a job just like you my friend. It’s the holiday season… we are all miserable but kindness goes a long way. Never coming here again!

  They have Rise energy drinks listed as $1.68 and every time I go to the register they ring up as $1.98. The workers usually have no problem fixing the price, but THIS TIME, I was told that they could only honor the $1.68 price for one drink and not all of them. Im trying to figure out where them posting the $1.68 price is MY fault….. oh right….. ITS NOT. My guess is that somebody was supposed to change the price the last time I had this problem, and now they feel crazy because they realized that somebody didn’t do their job. TERRIBLE WALMART TO SHOP AT!!!

  Conveniently located. Depending on what day you go they may not be fully stocked. It can get a little busy when you go during the later hours, so I would recommend going early in the morning to avoid the crowds and long lines. Overall I like this Walmart.

  Ordered food for delivery driver never delivered and the picture below is the proof the driver used and for my troubles I received a $25 gift card never mind the fact I have to now Uber to get food and it’s 5pm been waiting all day on a Sunday .please just NEVER use the delivery service unless your a person who constantly stares at ya phone because after driver reports delivery done you nor the store can contact them.
