  1. This is a busy Starbucks. It is always full of college students. It is difficult to find a seat if you’re here during school hours.

    If you’re looking for some peace and quiet then don’t come here. If you plan to spy on handsome and beautiful people then you cannot miss this place.

    Downside it is hard to find a place to park your car as this place is always busy.

  2. The Wifi here is surprisingly stable as compared to other outlets, no lagging issues at all while attending Zoom meeting.

  3. I ate here after an exam. I got a thai basil chicken pastry with an iced mocha and they both tasted great. The shop is very big and the atmosphere is very comfy.

  4. The service is very bad at the cashier. During my turn to order, the cashier asked me to wait for him to settle the order from Grab/FP. It’s fine. After that, he said the system offline, and I standed there for 10 minutes, and I went to a table to sit.
    After 20 minutes, I guess the cashier came to my table and told me that the system backed online. He asked me to proceed with my payment at the counter.

    However, when I was at the counter, the system went down again !!! Cashier did not offer me to come back later but asked me to wait for him. After 3 minutes, I left . I want to buy Starbucks, not STANDING there. Seriously ??!! Sbux I believe you can do better

    A good place to chill and they provide quite a comfy place(power outlet, WiFi after purchasing any items) to do your work or assignments here. It is also crowded with people all the time especially at night therefore I wouldn’t recommend you to study here unless you’re fine with the atmosphere. Overall stuffs are friendly too.

    Brought a coffee bean and request to grain fine for espresso machine yet it grain out press coffee powder. We had request for refund as is their machine defect even they grain many time still the same, yet they rejected! So disappointed of the manager as he MR. MAJIN KEEP ASK HIS STUFF TO SPEAK BACK TO US EVERY-TIME AND EVEN WE REQUEST TO SPOKE TO HIM DIRECTLY HE STILL ASK HIS STUFF TO REPLY US! This is the 1st time I go to Starbucks have this kind of service and attitude! Will never go to Starbucks Taipan USJ9 anymore! Hope the management of Starbucks do train their managers before sending them to front line!

    I bought a pack of Italian roast beans from Starbucks for RM48 and requested that they be finely ground. After visiting the store three times, I found that their machine was unable to achieve the fine grind I requested. I spoke to their manager, Mr. Majin, but he gave excuses and claimed that the grind was already the finest possible. I was dissatisfied and requested a refund, but he refused. I decided to try Coffee Bean Taipan and bought their espresso roast blend, which they were able to finely grind for me without any issues. I returned to Starbucks and showed Mr. Majin the difference between Coffee Bean’s fine grind and Starbucks’ coarser grind. It was clear that Starbucks’ machine had an issue, but Mr. Majin refused to acknowledge it. When I asked for a simple refund, he was still unable to fulfill my request and claimed that their machine could only achieve the coarser grind. I eventually returned the Italian roast pack without hesitation, as I was unsatisfied with the poor knowledge and bad service provided by a reputable coffee chai

    The staffs are chatting and running the store at such loud speaking volume that it seems I am in a indoor pasar shouting match. Does all starbucks staffs are this loud and not aware of the customers dining in?

    Perfect and Convenient Place to have a meet up or to meet to exchange and buy stuffs from seller and buyer. Ordered a drink but my name was never called when go to see the drink was half melted as ordered ice blended. Informed counter team they didn’t bother and said they called but I never hear when I was sitting close to the counter. What a service

    Normally I buy my coffee from this store and they made it to my liking. (Morning and lunch hour) However, tonight I bought the cappuccino, and it was too hot, that the coffee tasted bland. I need to wait 30-40mins before I can take a sip, that’s how hot they made the coffee. Understand the crowd, but if they can’t control the quality with that amount of customer, what a shame. We paid for a good cup of coffee not a mediocre one.
