  1. My experience was sometimes great sometimes not so great. The guy that mostly is at the counter gives amazing service and pays attention to detail. The food is good most of the time. What I really dislike is when the machines get cleaned and it gets all foggy and sticky in there. Would be good if all the staff knew good English.

  2. Worst of the worst. Two times in a row told me “we don’t have that” after I arrived at the drive thru pick up area, not the order area. Told me it will be ready in ten minutes but they spent double time to prepare it. Have the cheap option available and told u” I will not charge you the difference. Lol, should you refund me instead? I will talk to the headquarter and point out the face that the business is doing unfaithful things on purpose. Customer’s kindness is limited, not something for the unfaithful staff to play fool of.

  3. Go through driver thru order food. After payment they ask me to go inside to pick up. If i have to go inside to pick up why did i go through the driver through. Then they ask me to wait in my car and after 10 mins nobody come out give my food. I have to go inside pick up by myself. All the employee are talking and just leave my orders on the table.

  4. Staff are always friendly. It doesn’t seem anyone at Tim’s can properly toast a bagel anymore. Just push it half way through and spit it out. Hardly warm enough to melt the butter.

Asked for 4 small dark roast double double with espresso shots inside and the guy asked me to wait as he wants to brew a fresh one..but got half steep tea and half original coffee instead ..there was no single drop of espresso shot or dark roast. I don’t understand how much will it take for them to give a darkroast.

    Is it a new scam? Ordered large chilli. Got large double cup. Turns out they put small cup (small portion) with chilli inside of the large. ! This is a new way of making money?! May 16th at 5:15 pm. Also when I was ordering chilli I was told that they ran out of it. I told them that I paid for it already and I got reply…”Well ,than I’ll bring it from the back”

    I think at this particular Tim’s, not a big fan of the area, personal reasons, the staff works fast and efficiently and I commend them for the Riff Raff they tolerate in order to provide me with what I crave most, a delicious quality blend of fine coffee. Might I suggest if you’re feeling a little on the Wild Side to try their dark roast, very flavorful👌

    This has to be the worst tims in Canada. It’s the slowest Tim’s I’ve ever been too. Only go here if you have all day to waste waiting in line cause people don’t know how to order proper. They wait the whole time in line doing nothing but playing on their phones and then when they get to the window or till they have to dig around slowly like they didn’t know or something. Plus it Doesn’t matter which line your in whether it’s inside or outside. Cause your going to waiting hours for burnt coffee that’s made wrong. Then leaving you get hounded for your change from all the people in the drive through or parking lot.

    Used to be much better doesn’t seem like the staff really cares if the customer is happy or not they just take your money and if something is wrong, oh well is their attitude sadly! Wish they were great like the good old days before covid lol!

    Ordered the Reese’s Peanut butter cheesecake donuts through UberEats and all of them don’t have the cheesecake filling. Also the donuts were stale. Super disappointed. Also the passion fruit tea lemonade was so bland.

    Ordered through uber, got a call that 2 of the 5 items were not available. I agreed to substitute soup with chicken wrap, specifying that I do not want crispy chicken, only plain. I got the crispy ofc. The loaded bowl was drowning in sauce, you can barely see any food under all the sauce. I had loaded bowls from tims before, and this is not the standard. On top of that, the bits that were not covered in sauce tasted stale. I was aiming for healthy-ish food – instead I got deep fried fat, a cup of fat, and stale taste. The worst tims experience to date 🙁 Next time definitely paying a bit more for delivery but getting my tims from a different location!

    The dining portion of this restaurant is bright and fairly clean. You will have to ask for a cloth to wipe the tables, not cleaned often. The down side is the bathrooms. Last couple of visits the bathrooms have been dirty and in poor repair. On my last visit one was completely out of order and the other the toilet took several attempts to flush, the water tap worked but poorly and the hand dryer was complete non functioning.

    I had a worst experience working at this Tim because of manager Sarina. I worked for about 2 months, and then she stopped giving me schedule without even notifying me. She was so rude while I was working there. It was definitely a blessing in disguise for me that I don’t have to work in that toxic environment. Management should have talk with her to improve her rude behaviour.
