- Reviews:It’s such a dissapointed to be attended by Ms Rumaiza. Upon approaching at her desk/counter she was being unprofessional. On top of that she directly tell me the waiting hours was 3 hour and also did asked me if I’m willing to wait. Yet, this opening of account is importamt for my usage of course I’m willing to wait. Decided to visit to ask for loan information f2f, Google stated operating from 9:15am, while there’s a memo on the door informing operating started on 9:30am, no information being updated in Google? Wasting time, irresponsible, inconvenient and inefficient.

Let customer to fill up form and sign with a pen which ink almost finished
say 4.30pm close, but the debit card counter closed at 3.30pm. wasted my time to come.
