  1. Called 072395555, 072395225, 072349090 multiple times, none of it had been picked up. (Suggest to terminate your hotline if your are not using it).

    Decided to visit to ask for loan information f2f, Google stated operating from 9:15am, while there’s a memo on the door informing operating started on 9:30am, no information being updated in Google? Wasting time, irresponsible, inconvenient and inefficient.

    Ask to fill up form for part A only, then ask to fill up C, then again B

    The other bank will tick the part which is necessary to fill up, not request n request to fill up

    Let customer to fill up form and sign with a pen which ink almost finished

    Very bad, open late than it should. They put open 9:15am, but actual is not like it. They should follow what they have put it on the wall, otherwise just update the actual business hour. So confusing!! And dissatisfied with their service

    The female staff at new account counter gave the worst treatment to the customer by displaying a bad attitude, communicating without respect. She talk to me with a hateful face and voice. Aren’t bank is all about customer service?

    It’s such a dissapointed to be attended by Ms Rumaiza. Upon approaching at her desk/counter she was being unprofessional. On top of that she directly tell me the waiting hours was 3 hour and also did asked me if I’m willing to wait. Yet, this opening of account is importamt for my usage of course I’m willing to wait. Overall it took me less than an hour. Very unprofessional customer service representing Maybank.

    Extremely disappointed as a foreigner about this bank. Applied for a credit card with this branch and officer was really disrespectful and irresponsible when I asked the reason for the rejection. Said that she doesn’t know without even checking anything and asked me to deal with the card center instead of being responsible about the application I submitted to the bank. Even the customer care told me to go to another bank. Unbelievable service.

    No wonder ratings so poor, probably by giving poor service they will be less busy, less work. Indeed reviews are all so right about this branch. Just to be fair mostly unfriendly but one or two are “normal”, unhelpful and give unnecessary remarks. Ini branch tak boleh. Unwelcoming . Good luck people.

    Omg! Close account also need to wait for more than 1 and half hour. Around 2 hours. Maybank has the worst service among all other banks in Malaysia! Shut down please!
