4 months agoThese pictures were taken after I got “best” car wash they offer. Definitely not worth your time or money is this is the best they offer. That was a waste of $25..a week agoThis is the greatest place. I absolutely love it. And the people that work there are also the greatest especially a young lady that works at the one on Clarksville pike, I’ve never been there and she wasn’t smiling and joking around with somebody. She cheers me up no matter how I’m feeling when I go. If you don’t have a membership, what are you really doing with your life 💯❤️in the last weekThis place is much better than competitors. I just signed up for monthly unlimited and you get many more extras than my other car washer gave you. Only a couple bucks more, very well worth it. Hoping more locations open soon.3 months agoHave a fleet account here for the company I work for and Camel has never failed to help us keep the cars clean and presentable.3 months agoIt used to be better when I started bringing my cars here in 2020. Something changed in the last year. The rinse cycle used to be a very powerful blast, almost a wall of water, now it’s barely a shower. I thought that maybe something was wrong that day, but it’s stayed weak for almost a year now. That powerful rinse was always the best part, it really got all the soap off. With that said, I still bring my cars here because it’s convenient, but it would be nice if they could bring back the more powerful wash and rinse cycle.

2 weeks agoI had damage to my chrome on my vehicle. They did an insurance claim and two days later they called back and said that this was aftermarket chrome and therefore they are not responsible for the damage. I bought the truck with chrome already on it. how can they tell me that it was aftermarket. They can say what they want to but they will not help you in anyway not only did the wash it self was bad but the damage to my truck is well over $200 and they said there is nothing they can do about it, so BBB is going to hear about this. I do not recommend this car wash. I had damage to my chrome on my truck. Regardless, if it’s aftermarket chrome or not, it was still damage..a year agoBEWARE!!!! I went to this car wash to get my car cleaned, came out to my bumper being peeled back! They said because I had a HAIRLINE CRACK in my bumper that they wouldn’t cover it.!I’m BIG on customer service and it was horrible! I had to call 10 times to reach someone! If you want your car in one piece I would suggest not coming here!
Update : WOW, THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They didn’t want to offer ANYTHING and only put that response to fool people to think that they wanted to work with me. This business is trash! Don’t use this place if you value your vehicle!

Multiple turnstiles/ vehicles fighting with pass holders and jockeying for position in a single file line. Other than that the wash is excellent and the vacuums are powerful.a month agoLove this car wash. Not too crowded and my car gets washed pretty good for $20.

Paid $15 for a wash because I wanted the underbody cleaned. The Employee stopped me to say I can’t go in because of my roof rack. I was fine with that and was okay with getting a refund and washing somewhere else then. What I assume was the manager came out and I believe rather than do a refund he instead said they could run my car through the car wash at a slower speed. At the end of the wash my car came out looking about the same. Honestly it was not clean at all and not worth the $15.
I’ve used this car wash station regularly for a few years, but it just got a major upgrade. it’s much better now then it used to be. I’m writing this review because the employee Jonathan took the extra time to make sure my car got pre-scrubbed while also smiling and politely reminding me of how it works. I appreciate the extra time it took him.
I come here regularly because it’s the closest car wash to my home and I used to drive for rideshare. Today, I came to wash and vacuum the car in preparation for a trip and Leona was incredibly helpful in removing some horrible mud staining that had persisted through 3-4 previous car washes! Awesome service, hope Leona is there the next time I get the car washed!
For a self-service car wash, this place has excellent customer service. Had a few issues with my car wash pass scanning properly and Jonathan was able to assist quickly and even hooked it up with an air freshener and info about how to get a small scratch out. Sometimes it’s the small things like this that keep you coming back.
I wish I can give a Zero star based on my experience
I went for a normal car wash like anyone and the blower that dries up the car blew off my mirror cover and it broke as shown in pictures, I have never had any issues with this mirror cover before and my car is almost new .
I have filed a damage report and spoke to their manager who didn’t want to provide me with any kind of contacts to follow up and just told me that this is unusual to happen
I know it is unusual but it will be unusual also for anothrt big part of their machines to break into someone’s else car and damage it so you have to be responsible for any damages happened by your machines to normal people cars
I will be sharing this everywhere so people can be warned
