And they were cold. 2 months agoOrdered DD from this store twice each time they didn’t have any chicken on the bone… so a chicken restaurant without chicken… maybe just close the door and open a lemonade stand🤷🏻♂️

3 weeks agoIf I could give it a zero I definitely would!!!! I ordered and paid had maybe 5 people in line behind me they received their food before me…..employees also said they couldn’t find my order that’s why everyone behind me was served first……I ordered the famous bowl they had the nerve to only put 2 pieces of chicken in it then never received my biscuit or coleslaw!!!!! Just horrible don’t do ita month agoOrdered via the drive through around 7pm. Pulled up to the window and paid. After paying I was informed that it would be about a 4minute wait and asked to pull off to the side and they would bring the food out to me. 25 minutes later, they almost brought the food out to the wrong car. Check the order and all my sauces and one meal were completely missing. They quickly brought the sauces but took almost 10 more minutes waiting for a famous bowl. The food was as good as you’d expect KFC to be, so no complaints there. Don’t expect quick service here.a year agoThis is the first KFC I’ve had a 10/10 experience. I came in for a delivery order & everything was nice and neat. The quick pick-up station was organized for my order. The lobby was clean and the drink machine was cleaned and stocked up also. I even ordered something for myself , GREAT SERVICE!!a week agoIf I could give 0 stars I would. The fries were soggy and my fill up box had barely any of those soggy fries …. the chicken was under cooked and when my boyfriend asked for new fries they gave us very aggressive attitudes.2 years agoThe restaurant itself is well maintained with a nice decor inside. No dining in but walk ins and drive thru at the moment.Took awhile before someone came to take my order and when they finally did, she put ice in my drink when I asked for none. Waited another 5 minutes to get the correct drink. 15 minutes later, I got my order and when I left, realized I got a wrong drink.
Service was not good that is why I gave a 3 star but the food was.

I rarely give fast food locations much above a 2 star rating. So my recent experience at this Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant was enough to give it a positive shout out.
For me, this location struggled during the pandemic. Ordering ahead of time on an app made for confusion.
Now, with the dining time back open and beautified, their service levels have skyrocketed for the best. A good crew inside offering consistent food and a smile.
Again, the food is at the top end for a Kentucky Fried Chicken location, but doesn’t compare with a really good local chicken restaurant. But their clean seating area and design changes, this is as good as KFC gets.
Whenever I decide to stop by after work. 1 1/2 hrs before drive through closes, they seem to just hide and stop taking orders. The young lady on the microphone spoke through the speaker and said she had a headache and wasn’t taking orders right now. I saw a young man with his earbuds on and decided he was going to look right at me and then walk off into the back.
I ordered the 8 piece chicken nugget meal and everything was perfect. The tenders were juicy and hot and the fries were crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, but the biscuit? That’s what sold the show it was so good.
I stopped at This KFC after a long drive back to Music City.
I ordered the 8 piece meal. They didn’t have really anything I wanted legs and thighs. They were trying to push the breast. I asked do they have wings? So I was given 6 wings and 2 legs. When I asked was this discounted the cashier said no. I asked to speak to the manager, the order was $31dollars and some change. She took off I think the sell tax cause she charged me $29 and some change. The smallest parts of the bird. This is not how you do business. So unless I am in dire need as I was tonight.
This KFC will not see a dime of my money.
Went here to get a chicken dinner for family since it was their birthday meal. We specifically asked for a 3 piece all white meat meal. Yes we know when when we request all white meat, it’s more expensive which is no problem. When we got to our place, opened up the meal, regular 3 piece which is one white meat, two dark meat. So did the place listen?? No. It wasn’t like they were busy, we were the only people in the driveway and there were two cars in the whole parking lot which I can only assume those belonged to the workers.
Family was so looking forward to food from here for their birthday and their birthday meal was ruined all because the workers didn’t bother to listen to a simple request, either that or they just didn’t care. Again we had no problem paying the extra for all white meat.
So instead of 3 pieces of chicken, family was only able to eat one for their birthday meal.
