4 months agoWent through the car wash twice and still the soap was all over the back of the car. Kept collecting more soap that eventually I had to wash off at home. Never happened before. Would rather do a self wash next time.2 months agoVacuums are either broken or don’t have good suction. I’ve used better vacuums at gas stations. And I’ve noticed scratches that were not on my car before now are showing up from going to this car wash.I’ve tried to file a claim with ScrubaDub and was quickly denied.
I brought my car to my local body shop which has been in business for years and they said the scratches were caused by a car wash. Some of the employees have bad attitudes they don’t even spray your car down before it goes in.
Just not thrilled with the service.
I will be canceling the subscription.5 months agoI used the self serve washing bay and swiped my card and apparently 15 minutes costs about $50 here. Wish there was a price/minute sign somewhere because had I known I’d pay that much I would’ve gone to my usual spot that’s automatic, is only $15, doesn’t leave the water spots on the car and actually has a dryer for when I pull out of the bay.The vacuums barely picked anything up off of my carpets either. That was another $5.
So in total I paid $55 to use shotty equipment at a chain car wash. Don’t even waste your time/money here.
7 months agoThis people close early all the times. It’s supposed to close at 8pm. Right now is 6:04 and is close. Definitely moving to another car washa month agoThey charged me 10$ for vacuum. Be careful and don’t care about their 2$ offer.

And offering a buy 4 get 5th free deal. So awesome. Used it 2x now, love the look of the car afterwards. (> previous review>) I use the touchless, great value for $20 and they provide a ton of really clean towels, great vibe for a carwash, fun place when its not busy.2 months agoGo to Fitzys for a wash and be treated like a waste of time after your rear wiper is torn off your car in the wash. Because my Jeep was an older model, they claimed it’s not their problem should any damage occur to your vehicle during the course of a wash. The female co-owner looked at me like a nuisance when I requested my wiper be replaced. No “I’m sorry”, just an emotionless remark of “we don’t repair damage to cars over 5 years old.” The owner Chris was quick to provide a phone a call to offer what sounded like a well rehearsed run around as to why they could not assist me with a repair to my older vehicle. It is an 06 Grand Cherokee. Even after stating they do over 4000 washes a day without any other wipers being damaged. With that much business, clearly they could afford to assist a customer whose car they damaged. I requested he simply do the right thing and repair the damage, only to be given another polite run around and an offer to reimburse me for the wash. After I provided an explanation of how I felt about his offer to reimburse the wash, he then rescinded that offer. Lousy customer service and a rear wiper housing that must come out of my pocket. Includes touch free wash, “touch” auto wash, self serve wash bay’s as well as vacuums and a carpet shampoo station. Been coming here for years only place I’ll go.

Side mirror, windshield and windows are not cleaned properly. I can see water marks.
So, I have only been to 2 location, this one on route 9 and another on shrewsberry road. Out of the 2. This one is my favorite location. It has a lot of room for a person to move around. It has numerous carport slots with the vacum hoses for each side of your vehicle, 2 auto washes, and 3 carports for manual washes. In addition, the lot is kept clean and the equipment works well. The manager is friendly and very helpful! I ended up purchasing a membership because of this location. Tip, you should get there early on sunny days because this place becomes very busy.
Kinda pricey, whent for the 15$ wash. Front was still very dirty. I might have needed a second run maybe. The vacuums did not do a very good job. Tried moving to another vacuum but still did not vacuum well. Vacuums were not free. That would have been nice, they are only free to members. Liked the towels and window cleaner.
good service, great wash. Cody was super friendly when I got to the wash even though it was super busy!
the self service hardly works. takes forever for the soap to dispense. most of the nozzels were broken. have been multiple times wont be going back anytime soon. how many times have i paid, gone to wash the car and the machine is broken. 2 too many
