3 weeks agoThe sales team need to get more pos training, and to know better of their refund policy. Unpleasant experience, and would not return to this outlet anymore. The management should seriously look into this issue as seems like many other customers encounter the same issues from Taka store.3 months agoMy first time in Lululemon Taka store and was served by Priscillia. Her service was impeccable and amazing! She really made us feel very comfortable during the whole process and she was very personalized. Many thumbs up for her!3 months agoOn purchase they told me an item, a running cap, was returnable within 30 days. I tried to return it after 2 weeks but was denied because, they say, accessories generally cannot be returned. All tags remained on the item and the receipt was provided.3 months agoDisappointing experience at Taka outlet. I had asked for a new piece of the Nulu Tank Top as there were make up stains on it. SA went in to the store to “look for a new piece” and claims to have taken a new piece. Went back home and found that the stains remain. Would appreciate if he had told me if there were no new stocks instead, or was simply lazy to look for a new piece.9 months agoFirst time shopping at Lululemon! I know this premium brand from fitness influencers and have been wanting to try this out. However, Lululemon isn’t available in my country so I muster the courage (and my wallet 😩) to buy! The service is top notch! The staffs really help me pick what I need because shopping here can be really daunting due to the sheer amount of choices (and price!). I tried so much leggings and bra, but the staffs patiently help me picking my stuff. I got the bra first. Then, I came back for the leggings before my flight home. No regrets! They are so comfortable and favors my body shape greatly. Will definitely come back ☺

5 months agoVisited the Vivocity outlet and was thoroughly impressed with the service by the staff Nerissa. I had purchased something online as a gift and needed a gift bag for the item. Nerissa very generously assisted me with everything I needed even though I did not make a purchase in-store. Thank you so much! 🙂3 months agoMy first visit to Lululemon and my first purchase. Was serviced and guided by Tiara who was an amazing guide. She was very helpful and guided me of the different types of pants and size metrics. She has been so helpful in me finding the right fit. Aside from her, the other team members were very friendly. Definitely no judgement on your size and shape too.2 months agoI was at Lululemon Vivocity outlet and was attended by Shanaa. She is extremely helpful and advised me on the different options of the Luxtreme pants vs to those in usual Nulu material. She went above and beyond core duties, searching high and low for the available stock for my final selection.Happily added 2 new Luxtreme pants in Black and Blue.
Thumbs up on the customer service from Lululemon VivoCity. This is one of the reasons why die-hard Lulu fans continue to rave about Lululemon 😉
3 months agoI was lucky this week and met two very nice staff at Lululemon VivoCity. Had some difficulty with an item but store manager was very kind to help me out. Great service here definitely way better than the service experienced at lululemon Ion3 months ago14th July 2023, 2.30-2.45pm.The petite filipino female staff is totally a nuisance. She kept on knocking the door while everyone were trying in the fitting room!! If you come out and it didn’t fit you, she will kept asking why why why and keep hardselling as if you must buy something eventhough it just doesn’t fit you. It’s a shame that big brand like Lululemon has this kind of staff!!

very wide product range collection.big retail space. staff really helpful! help me to decide about sizing, colour and model. good product knowledge also! quite much bigger than other lululemon outlet in sg i think. definitely will come back again next time!
Even though it’s a small shop, but the clothes are packed to the rim and holds a huge variety of both men and women selection. Sales assistance are super friendly and helpful too!
