5 months agoThe products are of good quality, in line with lululemon standards. This branch has a smaller selection compared to the Aoyama branch. The staff provides good service.7 months agoVery friendly staff! I found quite some good items to try on, some of those are not available in Germany/Europe, or online only. 6 months agoAll time my favorite store for everyday clothing and Yoga. While I am Tokyo , I stop by here and bought a pair of pant.Store is not big , staffs were kind and friendly. Also speaks English.
Tax free for foreigners.

in the last weekI like lululemon wear but I have to say some of this store’s staff were the most annoying staff I have ever encountered in Japan or abroad. You tell them you are still deciding or browsing and they will still manage to bother you every 2 minutes and try to pressure you to buy something or mindlessly chitchat when you are actually trying to do some shopping. They will also bother you when you are in the fitting room every 1 minute and ask if they can “see you” so they can give you their opinion even if you say you are fine or still deciding, which not all customers need or ask for. Also another staff member obviously can’t remember faces because they asked me and a few other people “hi” 4 times in a span of 20 minutes. Treat your customers like people instead following some shop protocol to follow them around and pester them until they buy something. The other lulu stores in Tokyo are much better !3 months agoHad the best shopping experience here, young Australian shop attendant called Narissa (?) was so helpful in finding a pair of leggings that my wife really wanted, as I was so clueless!Will definitely be coming back here when I return to Japan. Much better than my local store here in Boise, Idaho.
3 months agoLove the service here! Everyone is so patient and passionate, and responds very actively to clients’ requests. This is already the 2nd time we come here lolEven though we live in Canada, but with the tax free, it’s actually almost the same price purchasing it here and in Canada.
If you want to go shopping and don’t know where to go, lululemon it is! You can always find the clothing that fits you the most here!
9 months agoThis store is wonderful to visit. The vibe is immaculate – the store is calm and warm and just stunning. The sales assistants are super friendly and even if you’re not interested in buying much, they are keen for a chat. Super helpful if you are after something specific and if you provide your passport you save 10%! I wish I had more money so I could buy more stuff!

Solid store on the 5th floor in the back, but they are updated to US exchange rates. They do carry asian fit varieties though, which is unique.
A wide selection of both male and female sportswear of functional and comfortable materials and designs. Great service. Staff can speak English and Chinese.
They wasn’t alot of Lululemon merchandise in this store. And the quality of the fabric is so different than the US. Giving 4 stars because the staff were very friendly. But will not shop here due to insufficient merchandises.
Do note that they’ve reopened and relocated down from 5th to 4th floor!!
Did not get the warm welcome at Lululemon that I expected. Racks were not stocked. It is a busy store, but everyone seemed like they were having a bad day at noon. Happy to go to another store in the future.
