2 years agoGood product range. Easy access. Some pleasant customer service assistants yet another seemingly rather self centered upon the importance of looking after herself rather than the customer. After making the effort after a pre contact phone call, to drive into the City, through ASB Marathon traffic, park nearby in Downtown town car park, then walk to Lululemon, while the assistant met me on arrival, could only say she had to go on a break. Seemingly totally uninterested other than her own self importance, we customers were left perplexed and then in a queue to wait for another customer experience Executive. Philosophy remains who is more important? The customer, the customer service staff or adherence to work to rule. Unlikley to want to use Lululemon Queen St again.7 months agoVery helpful sales people, provided info on size, use and wear of different items. Advised on services such as hem. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, provided good recommendations. Store was well set up and easy to navigate and find what you want. Very spacious changing rooms and big mirrors are great.2 years agoGreat shop, well set out, comfortable experience. I was soaking up the shop while waiting for my partner, nice seats in shop enjoyed the table at the back of the shop. Lovely clothes but not for me.3 months agoThe people here are so friendly and helpful. Always a good experience at lululemon but this one was particularly good. Thanks!8 months agoThe attitude of a lady cashier is really bad and impatient! I can’t imagine receiving such treatment in the retail store. On the contrary, the staff at the newmarket store are really nice, and I strongly recommend everyone to go to the Newmarket!! never come to city store again!!!!

They have been very friendly and professional. They helped me with different products and Phoebe even served me after they closed. Very good customer service. Thank you Bridie and your team.a year agoStore is spacious, tidy, and cosy. Not hard to find things. Staff is super friendly and very approachable. Brand itself is very good. I like the tights and super slim yogamat. Price wise is a bit middle high but it comes with the quality and I think it is very reasonable.3 years agoTheir stuffs are high quality n service is simply magnificent

I’ve never written a google review but felt the service i received from Sophie was so amazing. She’s very petite and i am not – however she was so helpful, offered great advice re tights, and came up with options I wouldnt have thought would work for me. She made me feel like her best friend, no judgement, and shopping was fun. Thanks Sophie. I love my purchases.
A tall employee was very unfriendly, I just asked her to help confirm the price, but she asked me to look at the price tag, but the price is not the price on the label, she made an unfriendly laugh, I will not go to this store again, unless this employee leaves, she is not qualified.
I was served by Sabrina this morning & she was so lovely! another staff member pointed me in the right direction straight away. Really nice customer service
Love Lululemon, but they need staff that are actually half decent in dealing with the public. They are rude and make you feel guilty for asking for discount which has been rightly given through associations etc. They act like its coming from their own money and don’t speak nicely at all!! Up ya game Lululemon and get some approachable

Returned my tights 11 days after purchase, worn twice, seams coming undone. Got questioned about the use and then proceeded to be told I shouldn’t have walked in them. Had to laugh. Lululemon, an activewear brand? the issue is with the product not my 20 min walk. Or my non existent hand bag. Disappointing to have a staff member grill me when it’s clearly a poorly made item.
