What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Kindly avoid this pharmacy if you can. The minimum wait time for a prescription is 30-45 minutes. Most of the times there would be only one person serving the pickup/drop off counter and for each customer they take 15-20 minutes which is insane. If you don’t have enough resources/manpower to run the pharmacy please shut it down. My kid had ear infection and I wanted the medicine asap, but these people never processed it and had to route my prescription to CVS instead. Kindly stay away from this pharmacy.

  2. Terrible service. Needed a passport photo for which they charge quite a hefty fee. Rude employees; make you wait 30 minutes to print a picture. In that time, a staff change happens and no one knows anything about anything, so you have to wait again. They use a cheap point and click camera that makes low-res, washed-out pictures. Do not opt for a digital copy of your photo. They give you a 600×600 72 dpi file that is utterly useless if you need to print out a high-quality copy later on. Avoid this place if you can!

  3. Please do not go to this pharmacy. I had such a bad experienc. My prescription was delivered yesterday damaged and when I called this pharmacy they said for me to contact FedEx because it was a shipping issue they wouldn’t even replace my medication and now I have to make a ton of different claims to the better Business bureau I call their Walgreens corporate in and I have to file a claim with my insurance since the pharmacy assistant told me that since I received the medication they can’t replace it. I was told by the Walgreens corporate that I had to call back the store to cancel my other prescription delivery and I cannot even get a hold of anyone at the store and last night the store called me I missed a call from them and they never left any voicemail the most unprofessional people.

  4. Do not come here for consultation. These pharmacists are the worst. There are two Asian pharmacists here sorry I am not trying to be racist. I just want to pin point to the exact people. My wife was suffering from a bad neck sprain and I went to ask for some over the counter for it. After waiting for 20 mins the lady comes out and was just like you can search from the pain and relief department and anything that you see there you can take it. How’s this helpful ? This is absolutely ridiculous. Please refrain yourself from visiting this pharmacy especially if you need some consultation advice. The People only on white coats can give consultation advice and unfortunately those people are absolutely hopeless here. Please save yourself some trip and don’t visit this place. All the reviews are real.

  5. Walgreens photo is horrible!! Avoid this place unless you want to wait 30 minutes in the line to pick up your photos ordered on line. The employees are useless, slow and lazy. I waited 30 minutes in the line, the employees are desorganized, they talk each other while customers are waiting in the line, they don’t know how to use computers, a lady stopped several times to looking for my order and went to help another employee that didn’t know anything, I waited 20 minutes because the same lady didn’t know how to print a label!!! Useless people, horrible place! Also the quality of photos are terrible, they are always very dark. Avoid this place, dont waste your time and money!
