7 months agoFriendly staff. Very clean restaurant but without open restrooms. They have closed them for some reason. It’s not too convenient to serve greasy food eaten by hand and have no option for washing hands. The toilets works as the staff used them themselves several times during my visit. Food was very hot and tasted fine. It was served very quickly. Almost no wait for food.a month agoIf I could give them zero stars i would, health inspectors seriously need to inspect this KFC and shut it down, my food was straight up nasty, my mac and cheese smelled rotten, the tenders they gave me were so damn stale and cold including their biscuit smh dont go this KFC unless you want to end up in the hospital6 months agoFresh food served with big smiles. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. They are doing a great job and the colonel would be proud.6 months agoIt use to be good ..the chicken hasnt been done all the way lately ..they wont let customers use the bathroom…imma stop going to this one2 years agoNever again! Hospitalized for 3 days due to food poisoning. The chicken looked too grease and dark as if it was old, but in the rush of work I did not put much attention to it and paid the consequences.

2 months agoI enjoy the growth of the Personnel there. It is a well managed location, with a refined staff on hand to provide excellent service.6 months agoAbsolute worst customer service, ever! Employees are rude and inattentive. I ordered online and arrived at my scheduled time. The cashier told me they would start on my order. While sitting and waiting, I watched the “Manager” being rude to customers and loudly talking bad about them after they leave, for everybody in the restaurant to hear. A half hour later, a young woman asked if she could help me. I told her I was still waiting for my order. She said, “Oh, it’s right here”, indicating the box where delivery drivers pick up orders. By this time, the food was cold and two of our five meals went uneaten. This is just one of a long list of issues I have had with this location. I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at this location. If my family didn’t request KFC on occasion, I would never return to this restaurant. The Franchisee is as unresponsive as the employees are rude.6 months agoThe food is good, it’s typical KFC food. The problem is, every single time I go to this location, something is done incorrectly or is missing. They particularly don’t seem to care about giving the correct sauces, even when you pay extra for them. I have to meticulously check my entire order and correct mistakes every time before I leave.a year agoI bought at 12 pieces chicken meal and I asked for extra hot sauce and only got 4 little bags only no extra. I even asked the employee did you give extra sauce and he told yes 👎👎👎👎👎👎5 months agoDinning room closed at 8PM. Door has 9PM. Ordered at 8:10 and went home to eat. Planned to eat in. I don’t understand some things sometimes. Frack this place. Gone downhill.

The food was trash. The chicken tenders were a joke. Small like nuggets overcooked so stringy. The chicken pot pie was nothing but skin if I found two small bites of chicken it was a lot and the vegetables were hard. The mash potatoes weren’t even a cream white color they looked Gray. I regret this purchase I had to trash the food after I couldn’t eat it. I regret buying from this location.

The young lady at the drive thru was horrible and slow they was doing more talking and laughing bad attitude asked for hot sauce, ketchup and honey for a 3 piece meal she gave me over 50 packs of condiments just coming back from Atlanta grabbing something i will NEVER go back and that’s my neighborhood.
They took my order and forgot to give it to me ,,, waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches, and they where sitting on the counter I can say they where still warm only because of the heat lamp…will not be returning
