What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Overall, a wonderful stay that includes a free ticket to the Lost World and is filled with enjoyment. Sadly, because it is pouring, I must forgo some attractions and return to the hotel early. The hotel offers good customer service with prompt responses, and the breakfast is adequate. Everything is fine. No cost parking! Nice and good! Strongly recommended

  2. Went to there in last week. There are ample free parking for hotel quests. The staff from the hotel to the House-keeping, the Guards and at the Theme park were all very helpful and friendly, well done! The room was clean and comfortable. It is recommended to equipped with some cutlery like forks an d spoons. The breakfast at the Garden Terrace was not good. The fried rice and beehoon were too salty, variety of food is very minimal. It can be improved somehow. There are many activities in the theme park, it is a good place for the holiday of the family

  3. I booked executive suite, when I requested extra blanket, the answer was NO. Very commercial, for location wise, I think it was perfect. Breakfast buffet worth the money. But for service wise, kindly put in more human touch. Try not to make customers feel that you are bleeding them out.

  4. Spent a couple of days there and very convenient if you are visiting the Lost World park. Rooms could have been cleaned a bit more regularly but it was comfortable. Service was very good. If you require anything, call reception and somebody is sent within minutes. Overall, had a good stay.

  5. Love it that they provide refillable water and were very quick with sending the refills over. Didn’t like it as their pillow and sheets smells. Bring ur own pillow case. Stay here if you’re planning to go to the theme park as there’s 2 free night park tickets and 35% off for day park tickets. Room comes with 2 free breakfast but too many good food in Ipoh to try their breakfast. Room can accommodate up to 4 people. Extra roll away bed costs RM160.

My first time in KL and I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, from the front desk team, housekeeping to the security guards outside. Really made me feel welcomed in Malaysia. The room was very clean and nice, the view was pleasant too. I like how they have 3 separate bins to encourage people to recycle, good job on going green! The pool looked really nice but too bad I didn’t have time to swim there. This hotel is also very near iconic shopping malls such as Pavilion, Lot 10 and many others. It’s only a few minutes away from a monorail and the subway too. Can’t wait to be back.

Loved that it’s next to Ipoh Parade. Super convenient. Free mini bar an advantage, water dispenser in the room is a good idea. Reception service is good. They tried their best to do things as fast as they can. Stayed here 5N with 3 old folks. They can easily roam around Ipoh by Grab or just pop over next door. Room is spacious for an extra bed. Breakfast selection was not good (you can opt not to include it), you can easily go for Ipoh food outside. The hotel location makes it central enough to go anywhere for food. Will definitely come back.

Big hotel, good location next to mall. One the good of options to stay in Ipoh. Specious room, very well planned , big and comfy bed, clean and comfortable bathroom with bathtub , good cosmetics and all sets, good idea to put drinking water filter, safety box , iron, bathrobe end etc. 👌🏼beautiful rooftop pool and bar. BUT need to Improve next: 1. Breakfast so so, small choices and quality of food low like 2-3* hotel ((( 2. Food in rooftop bar. Price like fine dining and quality like Street shop. 3. Clean hotel properly: windows, walls, mirrors should be without any mark, if marks make feeling of cheap ambiance. Carpets also dirty at least once in 6 months hotel should clean all carpets with professional shampoo 4. Furniture. Same like carpets need clean everywhere include reception area. All cabinets in room have scratches and some layers gone which are showing low quality. Upon check-in my suggestion to ask room on higher floor with hills view.

My favourite hotel during my Malaysia road trip. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, spacious, clean. The only negative; walls are a bit too thin so you can hear others coughing but besides this, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was also located right next to a shopping centre which provides access to many amazing shops

The location is fantastic. Centrally located in New Town, Ipoh. The Ipoh Mall is next to it so very convenient for shopping and eating. For the hotel itself, the rooms are large, and the bathroom is also a good size. However, the room lacked good maintenance. My room’s carpet is perpetually wet from AC dripping. The maintenance came and repaired, but it didn’t resolve the issue. And then the hairdryer was completed out when I started using it. Thank goodness my boss was staying next door and I had to use his room’s hairdryer instead. The morning breakfast (we were there over the weekend) is not ideal with the long queue. The service staff tried their best, but it is such a shame all of us had to wait at least half an hour. I suggest you don’t bother with the breakfast. The front desk and concierge are very responsive and helpful. I guess most travellers have no choice since this hotel is considered the best in town. There is still so much they need to improve on, especially when it is at this price point.

Booked room for 3 but provided amenity was for 2. 1st time to a 4 star hotel with no toothpaste & chargeable (rm3) for every extra water bottle. Good thing there is an attached 7-eleven. Room lighting was very dim (for romance I guess). The only saving grace are convenient restaurants & attractions

My stay in hotel was very warmly welcomed by staffs of your hotel. Got a good service all round. From the concierge, parking, coffee house etc. I must say Chef Joe was a very friendly and polite chap. I was overwhelmed by his service. I would recommend this hotel to those who wants to enjoy their stay. Value for money.

The hotel is not maintained properly but it is in a good location. Even a bulb was missing in the room, for the price in Ipoh this would be a joke. Sockets not properly installed, wires in the cabinet exposed! Poor air-conditioning control, poor hot water service as well. Breakfast buffet has a limited selection hence eat out and get better food and value.

I have another total failure for this apartment booking despite the 1st mistake 10years ago in another state, which I have vowed to read review in depth before booking a stay (I had overlooked this time round) Lucky it is only 2nights stay, but that is already quite a disaster. See below cons: 1) Just normal door lock. The inner door lock cannot be inserted into the loop. Plus there is no grill. We didn’t feel so secured. 2) Master bed room water heater was not stable, can go from normal to boiling hot water. End up my wife and I have to use my kid bath room for shower. 3) Cooking utensil seems to be decoration. The condition did not encourage the desire to cook, scratched coating on non stick wok make us feel we must eat out for sure. They don’t even have a metal/stainless steel pot for an easy instant noodle cooking. 4) I wonder how expensive a normal mug could be. There were only 4-5small glass without ear to hold. We are not here for champagne. Hot drinks for kids is a tough task to hold. Why can’t they be more considerate if this is labeled as a apartment with kitchen. 5) Bricks underneath bed, see photo. Bed gonna crack? 6) Our check in was delayed 1hours to 4pm due to one of the air cond in living room was down. When we arrived the cleaner are still working very hard to clean. Shear bad luck. There are more which I don’t think viewers will eager to read. Try book others if you can.

My first and last stay here. The only good thing is the variety of breakfast they offered. Other than that, it’s terrible! Rooms were stained – carpet, curtain, bathroom. House keeping did not replenish our bath gel – stayed for 2 nights. Room had a weird smell. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, we had severe back pain at the end of our stay! This hotel does not deserve a 4 star!
