  1. since i went on weekday, it is not packed and service is definitely improved compared to the last time i visited. there are a lot of empty seats, it’s perfect for sipping coffee calmly (even tho i dont drink coffee)

  3. Poor service. Maybe they dont know how to do caramel macchiato.. only milk in my cup. Pay so much money for hot milk.. i will not purchase anymore with them.

  4. I’ve been here every month for almost 1y as i wfh. The staff were kind and helpful. Sometimes they served the food and drinks to the table especially for the elderlies. And when they missed something in the drinks they would kindly addressed the issues. But sure, they definitely need to improve in the consistency of the taste. Still, good services and place to lepaking or finish your work if you enjoy cafe-noisy vibe.

    Another Starbucks chain here in the airport. I believe the busiest time here when there are flyers around due to the airport was quite deserted.

    Came here every weekend and sometimes after work. Staffs are polite and friendly. Always ask our preference. The coffee here taste better (richer) than the other Starbucks in Terengganu.

    Too Slow to take order!!! Need to wait more than half hour to take queue ! Her speed compare with another cashier who can take 2-3 order already ! And , the staff not repect who stand infront her, just talk to others , and do all the things slow slow ,that’s why the queue need to wait too long !
