Tyler in fine jewelry was uber helpful and friendly. He is an all around outstanding employee and thank you for your utmost positive service with us on this special day today. The associate upstairs in men’s was helpful for showing us where my son’s socks were and had no problems finding them. Easy checkout and beautiful store.
The staff here are very friendly and inviting, literally each employee I came across said Hi and asked if I was finding everything ok. Even when I went through the jewelry department to only take pictures. They have tons of up to date merch from numerous of brands. It’s kind of pricey but there are sections for marked down merchandises. There is a section called Macys Backstage where there is tons of merch for approximately 10$. I bought an Under Armor shirt here on sale for five dollars and the checkout was about four minutes for a line of three, but the regi lady was friendly. My Macy flaws are the carpeting which are dirty and outdated, they kind of look like dirty 70s carpets. The escalators that there is always one or both broke. Other than those two its a great place to shop for great deels. I do recommend and I will be back.

I looked at the Backstage section and saw some great deals. I got an adorable Sweater Dress for $2.97. Who can beat that? It’s off season but I can wait, lol It was a rainy Saturday and very busy.
Looking for shoes no assistance. But lady at the perfume counter was so nice (Amy Gibbs). She told us where the shoe area was. Also gave us samples. Found my new favorite scent. And will be purchasing it from her on my next visit.
