  2. Pete did a thorough and complete job on a repair that was larger than we could handle. It was easy to schedule an appointment and he was a pleasure to work with. Pete did the job as if it were in his own home, carefully attending to details. And our dog fell in love with him! Beautiful, excellent work. Will definitely use PDM again.

  3. I have tried other HVAC companies in the past and PDM always stands out when they perform work. In today’s age where there are countless companies, I will continue to use PDM not only because of their service but their technicians. My heat was out and within 2 minutes of walking in the door Chris knew exactly what the issue was. He took the time to show me what was wrong and even checked the other system components to make sure that there were no other issues. I very much appreciate his work as my house is warm again.

  4. I spoke with Christina to set up the appointment, she was friendly and kept me updated on when my services would be performed. Dan was my technician and I was informed of the cost, what needed to be done, and the repairs were done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone!

  5. I have used PDM for years and the service is always great. I had a number of repair jobs this time and Anthony tackled them all quickly and very professionally. He also took the time to explain everything to my husband (who learned a few plumbing tips!)
    Anthony is a great guy who is very professional as well as incredibly pleasant! I would highly recommend PDM! They always come through for me!

We had all new mechanical components (furnace, a/c, tankless hot water heater) installed simultaneously as well as rough plumbing for a basement bath. Besides doing amazing skilled work, every person on the entire crew – from the owner down – was just a great person to talk to and easy to get along with. They worked with me on every request to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the project as it was completed, and they addressed all of my questions and concerns promptly. Great team.     I called Service1 on Dec. 23 because my furnace was not working, it was -37 degrees outside. They responded that evening! The representative Brandon walked into my freezing house with two space heaters because he said he knew the house would be cold. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The unfortunate news was my furnace could not be repaired. He was very patient as he explained the different types of furnaces and what was needed for my house. I was expecting a house full of company on Christmas Eve. He assured me the new furnace would be install and working by then. As promised, the team arrived at 9 am with the furnace and installation was completed by 1:30. They were extremely professional and took great care to clean up any of the ‘mess’ that was created by the installation. I have only positive comments for this company and their dedication to customer service. It is so refreshing to find a company that still believes in customer service and quality work!

    We just had Pat and Wyatt come by very soon after we called about our emergency. Our pipes had frozen due to a cold snap. It was the day before Christmas Eve and we were hosting our family the next day. Needless to say we were very stressed. They were very professional and kind. Fantastic people all around.     Service One was incredible with both our recent furnace replacement and ac unit replacement this past summer. Dave was timely and even left us space heaters to use free of charge. Furnace and AC unit replacement were both next day and it was appreciated that financing was available. Everyone is kind and helpful.

    This review is to compliment Service 1 Inc and the installers on their excellent work done for me. I requested service for a crew member to check out the furnace and thermostat. Brandon was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and quoted me a price for a new furnace, HVAC , and humidifier. From beginning to end Service 1 had all my concerns covered and questions answered. Randy and Aaron were friendly, courteous, professional, timely, and efficient. Five stars across the board.     We had another great experience with Trailblazer Plumbing! John is a hard worker, and gets to the bottom of the issue. John came three times to make sure our washer, dishwasher and kitchen sink drained properly. He even diagnosed the exact areas that needed to be repiped. And, he listened to ALL my questions! 🙂 Even though we did not have the entire length of drain pipe replaced at this time, John was kind enough to give us an ballpark estimate that would help us budget accordingly.
