  1. This was the season my furnace finally bit the dust. I called Southern Air (recommended by family) hoping to just get it repaired although I knew in my heart it needed to be replaced. Tim and James gave me the facts about the current condition of my furnace and ultimately, I decided to purchase a new furnace. The process from start to finish was extremely easy. All involved were friendly and courteous. The installers, Michael and Justin, made quick work of the install and I was up and running in no time! Overall good experience dealing with this company.

  2. Derek did an amazing job evaluating our drains and water heater system. He was very informative of what we had and what we need for a more efficient and safe system in our home. Derek also found a small water leak that was costing us 100$ more a month! Southern air and Derek are absolutely the most reliable, honest and professional services for your home out there! Not to mention, how kind and patient he was as well!

  5. We discovered a leak this morning about 1030am from our hot water heater. We called Southern Air and within 30 minutes, Derek R came and assessed and gave a quote. And then not even an hour later James C was here to install. It took only 2 hours to drain, removed the old and install the new water heater. We are so very pleased! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Never what you expect, but feel like they really took care of us and gave us the best possible price! We didn’t need it but they offered financing, and a warranty came with the water heater. Yay. Derek, thank you for coming so quickly. And James, you were so professional, thoughtful and pleasant. You didn’t leave a mess and you were so conscientious to keep water from getting everywhere, which I can’t imagine would be easy. Thank you!

    Major plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon. I called the company and a human answered (wow!) and was proficient and compassionate. I received several status updates, which alleviated anxiety. The plumbers, Austin and James, arrived and were knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and even insisted on removing their boots before coming into the house. They fixed the issue in half an hour and saved our weekend and peace of mind. All around awesome!

    CAUTION: Customers should get a written, confirmed price before the work begins! Their tech on-site — in my attic — quoted me a price of about $1,500, for water heater replacement. But after they finished the work, he told me the price had changed to $1,950, because the tank was in the attic (again, we were in my attic when he told me $1,500). Unacceptable! But the work was done before we were told of the increase, so I paid. I’m not suggesting it was intentionally dishonest. Everyone we dealt with at Bobby L. Greene was courteous, quick, and responsive. BUT…a money mistake like that simply cannot be made, then dismissed with a: “We’re sorry.” Overall, I’m a dissatisfied customer.

    We LOVED our experience with Payne. They installed our new ac system. Their technicians were on time, very respectful and worked quickly. The Payne company made purchasing our new unit easy and stress-free. The financing application was done over the phone and we received the results within thirty minutes.     Our service technicians were on time, super courteous, and extremely efficient. They completely replaced our furnace in our attic with the temps above 122 degrees in under 8 hours (and even with a lunch break). Thank you, Payne! Y’all are amazing!

    Technician arrived at the scheduled time. Reviewed and checked out the roof top unit quickly and efficiently. Determined what the issue was and presented the issue and the proposed solution clearly so that we understood what is happening. He informed us he would be going to the supply house and would return as soon as possible to make the repair. He returned within the hour and was able to make the repair the same day. He then checked with us to make sure everything was ok before he left. We appreciated his professional attitude, presentation, and appearance.
