I took pictures of the price tags so the blue shirt 👕 could find it faster and it went really smooth.By Juliet Garmin (8 months ago)Bought my son a tablet yesterday from here and I finally found the tablet I’ve been looking for for him with the thick case and it was 200$ which Is not bad at all and to keep the service rolling its partnered with amazon and firestick so u would have to have a amazon acct and its 7.99 a month definitely more affordable than adding a tablet to your phone plan like I did at first and paying for the line to be on on it . only thing I didn’t like seems like the man at the register didn’t know much about the device . but I figured it out . thanks guys . Purchased a tablet online for In Store pickup which said “Available for in store pickup today”. Planned entire next work day to pick it up as the store is about an hour and half from my home. Wake up the next day now on my order status says “Unavailable at this store for in store pickup” which is frustrating. I see what my options are. “Change store pickup” in 2 weeks it will be available at a store 2 1/2 hours away from me and others are longer wait. “Ship it to you” Says can have it shipped to you in approximately 1 week, sadly I purchased this for its quick availability to use 3 days from today.. After 2 hours on hold with the answering machine I decided just to stop by since I planned my whole day around being at this store for pickup. The employee at Store Pickup was kind and told me it sounds like it was available when I bought it but someone else bought it in store that night and now was out of stock. So much for online reservations I guess… canceled and got my money back pretty fast to now shop elsewhere per the Best Buy employee recommendation.By Daniel Brewton (5 months ago)Bought a 85” TV from Best Buy. Took a day off to wait for delivery from 7am-7pm. Got a call in the morning saying we were #4 on the delivery route. Waited all day – Best Buy never showed. Called at 7pm and was told the TV never arrived at their warehouse and they can’t deliver a TV they don’t have. Good News! They are so sorry about that! Paul aka Mr. Fabulously Amazing is the best manager I have ever seen. Every time I come in this store it is such a pleasure to see him. I have watched him treat each and every customer with respect and kindness and he’s very professional and very well groomed and he always goes above and beyond with everybody I mean with his employees as well. The only issue I had with this location was that a good portion of the products had tags saying to ask staff for the item. I felt like I was being punked or something! I am a visual person, and not being able to see what I’m looking for made my visit harder because I spent valuable time trying to read the shelf tags to see where items were supposed to be, i ended up having to use the app just to check item availability. Right off I 85, easy in but difficult if you’re going back north to the interstate, you’ll have to make a u- turn. This place is huge with many new products. Nice selection of appliances, TV’s, audio equipment, computers and much more. Plenty of sales staff to assist and answer questions.
I ordered a laptop that I found on sale online. The website was quick and easy allowing me to order, pay and choose my pick up store. They emailed me when it was ready and were very polite and prompt when I entered the store for pickup. I was in and out in under five minutes. Best buy is the place to go for good prices and no hassle. It’s an added plus that their staff are very friendly and helpful!!
I had purchased $20+ of merchandise and emptied out a cardboard display. (they compact/trash them) So I thought It would be nice to have it for display purposes. Cashier had no problem with me taking it. He was like, you bought everything in it, if you want it, take it. He acknowledged they would trash it anyways, so he saw nothing wrong with it. Not like they can sell the cardboard display.
Manager came up after my purchase and told me I couldn’t take the cardboard display. I tried to reason with him, acknowledging it would be trashed, so I didn’t see the big deal. The cashier even came to my defense and was like, he bought everything in it, only seems right to let him have it.
Manager became almost enraged and emptied everything out of it and was very rude and aggressive telling me I couldn’t have it. Had my wife not been with me, I probably would have had a few choice words and asked for a refund of everything I just paid for.
Dear Mr. Manager….it’s not that big of a deal. So what if you plan to restock it when new inventory comes in. (which let’s be honest, this wasn’t a product you hardly carried as it were..)
Let’s just say new inventory did come in.
News flash…it will likely come in another display just like it. O-M-G….
Thank you though, for reminding me why I don’t give my business to Best Buy. You’re a dinosaur in a digital age. Say Hi to Circuit City for me in a few years.
Customer Service here is awesome! Employees here go above and beyond to try and help! I came to get my surface pen replaced or repaired and Elisha did his best to help me out! Also help me out on a different issue I was having with WiFi at home! Thank you Elisha for your assistance! If I can add five more stars on this I would!! Never go wrong with Best Buy 🤷🏽
I went to fix my wife’s Flip 4, which their customer care service set up the appt for us. But when I got there, they stated they don’t do Android phones. It took me 40 minutes to get there. I never had any luck with Best Buy’s Geek Squad ever, but this process and location was the worst. Don’t waste your time here.
