a month agoAbsolutely perfect place to stay in New Orleans for a group. Rooms and common areas were immaculate when we checked in and the unit was well stocked with shower and pool towels, soap/shampoo, cookware and utensils, and many other basics that may be needed during a stay. Staff was onsite daily keeping the shared areas clean. I was having some trouble checking in, prior to the rest of my group, and staff responded immediately to my emails and called to assist.in the last weekOk for parties, rather nice. It’s doable with decorations and good food it will definitely make a good party spot, hire door security for guest to come in an out as door has code for entrance.a year agoWas here to celebrate the graduation of a good friend. Everything was ok but we hated the many stairs that we had to use instead of an elevator since we had many elderly family members to come as well. The environment is very spacious and we did enjoy the interior, kitchen and the large bathrooms. I just hate the weather wouldn’t allow us to use the pool and jacuzzi. Other than that it was a nice stay.a year agoThis place is a prefect rental for large groups in New Orleans. It only a 5 min uber drive to Bourbon St area. The outside pool area is a little oasis. The sitting and kitchen area is very large and accommodating. We loved all the paintings and how each room is a little different. The staff is friendly and super responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this place! Thanks Sama year agoBooked this for a bachelorette with 14 girls and it was perfect! The space is super cool, the hot tub and heated pool are awesome, and the beds are super comfy! You’re not really in a walkable area, but Ubers are super quick and easy. We booked directly on their website too and avoided AirBnB fees. I’ll definitely be back!

4 months agoGreat place to stay for a weekend in New Orleans! We had plenty of space and everything we needed for 7 people. Just a short uber/trolley ride from anywhere you’re going downtown. Service was accommodating and helpful from booking through checkout. Love having the rooftop available.7 months agoAbsolutely loved our stay! Everything was just as described! Madison and Spencer were amazing with keeping contact with and making sure everything went smoothly!! Not to mention the view is perfect! Definitely will rebook!!3 months agoI rented a villa as an air bnb and event space and it was perfect for the occasion. The rental process went smooth. Both the villa and grounds where nice and clean. The host answered all questions before booking and during stay. I would recommend this space to others.8 months agoWe recently had a large group visiting New Orleans and we were split up across 3 of the Latitude villas (Luna, Eclipse, & Equator). The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions ahead of time. They were so accommodating with our requests and made sure our experience was pleasant and comfortable, and that everything went smoothly. The villas themselves were beautifully styled and very clean. Highly recommend – great experience all around!8 months agoBeautiful luxury accommodations in central New Orleans!! The multi-level design allows for family fun for both kids and adults in a new, well-appointed environment. My teenagers loved having their own space to hangout, listen to music, and play video games on the top floors while we chilled in the downstairs apartment. We all loved the private roof-top area for a great view of the city while relaxing. We will definitely be back for another staycation!

Rooms and location were perfect for our stay and plans. A few tiny items in the room need attention, but I am sure they will fix them when the busy Jazz Fest week is over. I have stayed here before and will again.
I LOVED staying at The Natchez!!! The rooms were perfect! The location was perfect! The beds were super comfy. The staff was kind and Accommodating!! Big shout out to Jayden!! She was excellent!! With a party size of 8 people this was the perfect place to stay!! We will definitely be back!!
Just returned from a 2 night stay in their 4 bedroom unit. Had a wonderful time in NOLA and the hotel. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Read previous reviews with complaints about superficial issues with either the hotel and/or parking and find them unnecessary and ridiculous. The hotel was amazing and displays normal wear and tear of any hotel in the Big Easy. Location is perfect and convenient to all attractions. May regret giving a 5 star review with a chance of never being able to book again, but they deserve it! Great place!
The Natchez at 530 Natchez Street in New Orleans is perfect! The location was great. The Natchez is located in downtown New Orleans and close to everything, including the streetcars.
There are excellent restaurants and night life in the area. Despite the central location, the unit was extremely quiet. The unit was very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. The staff, namely Josiah, Jen and Mr. Terry were so very helpful and welcoming. The pool area was partially shaded which was great for daytime swimming and for privacy for a nighttime swim. There were several hot tubs and chez lounges with private outdoor seating areas. We would 100% recommend staying at The Natchez and would come back again to stay!
Great location near Bourbon and Frenchmen St. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to communicate with us regarding check-in after our flight was delayed.
Would absolutely stay again!
