I drive past mister cash wash and across town cuz this is the only place I go. Stellar service. Excellent wash. Definitely top notch. Employees was not very friendly and the self serve vacuum was clogged and timer went extremely fast. I do not recommend this place at all.6 months agoI like this place because it’s close to me and the staff are nice but I always pay extra for tires and they never clean them well. I always go back and think maybe next time they will clean them better and they don’t. Just disappointing cause your paying for a service .

2018 GMC Sierraa week agoThis place is a waste of time and money. Workers are more concerned about time rather than quality of service. I went there the first time and interior of my car was still dirty. I gave a second chance , went there again and same thing. I watched the guy just trying to get over with vacuuming rather than take time to do it well. I was upset and did not tip. Would never return here again.a month agoI paid over 35.00 to get a good wash , vacuum and doing the dash. I paid for extra for tires. Very disappointed with there job. The dash was not touched, the vacuuming was poor. I know they were crowded but no excuse. I went back and told them. He did the vacuuming over, but nothing else touched. Ive been there before and it was a good job. Im afraid to go back. Especially when I had to do the inside when I got home.2 months agoSo I use to come here all the time. Multiple times a month. This is the second time I’ve come here since new management and honestly the quality of washing and vacuuming is trash. Like I paid extra for cup holders and they weren’t done. I had to tell someone, I also paid for rubber mats which were not put back in my car. Had I not looked in the back I would not of realized they were missing, also my car still had stuff on the floor inside and the exterior was still dirty. Figured I would give this place one mot chance but I’m looking elsewhere for service going forward. I never had an issue with the quality of work with the previous owners2 months agoThis car wash damaged a new vehicle. The new owner’s name is Shiv Shah. He doesn’t take responsibility for his car wash. I dare you to wash your car at this place. If you do, then you may be looking at filing an insurance claim to cover the expensive damages. This car wash has video cameras taping the cars before and after. If you file a claim against them, that video footage is kept for at least a year. That is evidence that can be used in your favor. The only things he respects are small claims court filings and insurance claims. The previous owner was Irv and he was a good man and respectful toward everyone. This new owner is a disaster. Go ahead and wash your car at AutoSpa. Learn the hard way.

I took a brand new car that I only had a week through the car wash. It left many bad scratches all over the car, especially the front. I contacted Mr Carwash, and they were initially great about everything. Took it to a local detailer that Mr Carwash paid for, but they were not able to get all the scratches out. While it looks a little better, it’s nowhere near the brand new car appearance it had prior to using their service. Mr Carwash followed up, and when I told them it’s not fixed, I was told a district or regional manager would call me to make everything right. I’m waiting 3 weeks now, and no call has been received. I’ve called back to Mr Carwash 4 more times. Once, a manager told me I’d get a call from the district or regional manager in two days. The other three calls, I left a message with employees to have a manager call me, and still nothing. I’ve emailed as well. If I don’t hear back soon, I might need to get legal representation.
The detail of the Auto Car wash has sadly declined here over the years. Back when Cloister operated this facility, it was fun going here and I felt happy driving away with my vehicle after a wash.
I used to be a Member of the monthly car wash club but when the effectiveness of the cleaning deteriorated, and certain services did not function while driving through (I.e., wax did not apply on numerous occasions, car remained soiled upon exiting), I eliminated that membership. I have not been through the auto wash in about a year here, so I thought I’d give it a try.
Sadly, it even more disappointing. The brushes on the right side barely touched the vehicle, there are visible streak marks where the bristles lightly touched while spinning. No brush touched the rear as it is filthy and visibly soiled still. The windshield, is same as before I entered. No bristles touched the windshield either and the area outside the wiper area is visibly dirty as well. It’s as if water/soap was lightly sprayed on the vehicle and rinsed.
The reason I chose to go through the auto lane with brushes is to avoid the car wash locations that simply spray.
Unfortunately, unless there are some improvements, I cannot continue to invest my money at this facility.

Very pleased and very impressed! They took care of wifeys car in & out MUCH better than a local competitor. Vacuuming & interior dusting was THOROUGH, wash was complete & detailed. Def coming back here again with my other 2 cars and my Harley… best bike wash around! 💯 💪🏼 🙂
Terrible service! Paid $38.00 plus $5.00 tip on card before service was performed! Very disappointed! Attendants were performing their duties and you now wait to be called when they are finished with interior cleaning. So he yelled Toyota is ready and I walk over and inspected outside very clean looking awesome, I thank him and say good job and then I enter vehicle and I look at my dashboard and it never was touched and I watched the whole time. I said excuse me is the dashboard not part of interior cleaning? He proceeded to finish cleaning the interior and then he was finished. I again say thank you and proceeded to drive away in dismay and I am driving up 724 when I realized I do not smell any air freshener!!!!! Now I am livid for all the money I paid and they forgot dashboard and air freshener! I called and no response from anyone! I will go to Tommy’s In Ephrata from now on!
I brought my old car here and had scratches but never could pin point it was from the car wash. Brought my new car here and it took in my side view mirror and then dinged it up 🙁 pretty disappointing because I always liked it here but would be to scared to chance it again.
