They were pretty nervous since it was a new place but Bryce and the staff were very welcoming. They were very helpful with the check in process and service time. The store could use some sprucing up though. Saw a lot of dust on products and there was a big loud fan in the foyer area of the salon which caused anxiety for my smaller dog but overall I would bring them back because of how courteous the store staff was and how good my babies looked. 🐕By AEbonee (2 months ago)

My problem with this society is they are falsely advertising as a NO kill shelter when clearly they are not. Tried curbside for the 1st time and it was great. You are supposed to wait for the email on when your order is ready….we called to let them know when we arrived and they delivered our order out to us quickly…..My sister had gone to the petsmart on south 10th and they didn’t have our dog food. On our way to the north 10th store she called and checked availability and they even held the last bag of our dog food to wait for our online order. Great customer service.
Great selection of pet products. Love that they carry plenty of the fresh refrigerated dog food that my dog loves. Sometimes it’s difficult to find at the pet stores.
Placed an online order, picked the items myself, cashier verified my items and still wouldn’t let me leave the store stating ” I would need to wait like everyone else.” After I did their job for them and they verified the order, not sure why I would have to wait! Called customer service and they were only able to help me cancel the order. No manager approached us whatsoever. Horrible customer service! In addition they won’t even price match their own online prices.
Way better than Petco, they seem to care about the animals they have and everything looks clean and neat.
Went to buy some batteries but also had my grandkids enjoyed looking around spend almost two hours at PetSmart male employee was so nice ask my grandkids if the wanted to see him fed the turtle kids immediately said yes Lol!! Thanks to the employees sorry I don’t remember his name at the moment .
