  1. Had both my cats spade and nudered here. Great people. Especially Liz at the front counter. She is so kind and welcoming. Very helpful. Someone you would definitely want at the forefront of your company. Her smile is very contagious too. Very affordable appointments. Please make well in advance appointments can be long waiting list.   2. I took my baby here and in less than 5 days he was euthanized after they assured me he would be re homed and said they were not a kill shelter. He was not aggressive to people or other dogs. They said he was not listening to staff. Kano was a sweet baby and hyper like all puppies. He didn’t deserve this. Don’t bring your babies here to be re homed. Mommy loves you Kano

    Edited Response to Humane Society- You should retrain your staff because I was REASSURED Kano did great during his blood sample and would be placed with a great home. The fact that you are being dishonest with your response to make Kano sound vicious is disturbing. The pictures I posted was of him at another facility that he went to regularly for dog sitting and the staff NEVER had these issues you are saying because they are simply NOT TRUE. He is clearly playing with other fur babies with NO ISSUES on those photos. This broke my family and hurt us to our CORE and instead of apologizing and doing what you can to make it right you make false accusations about my Baby. This was the biggest mistake of my life trusting your facility.

  3. I am SO GRATEFUL for the Humane Society. I was struggling to find a home for a few stray kittens & was left with the Humane Society as my last option.

    The Humane Society quickly had them spayed/neutered, vaccinated & microchipped!

    They were then put in free roaming adoption rooms with a few other cats. Where they had a cat door to explore a screened patio, lots of toys & options between wet & dry food as well as plenty of water 🫶

    They were so well taken care of AND adopted within about a week! I’m soooo happy my sweetheart strays were able to find a loving home 🥰💗

  4. I hosted an event at their facility, easy process, great communication, visits from animals it was so great. I highly recommend adopting and renting meeting or event rooms here to support the pets & thank you to Liz for helping me get coordinated and all the other wonderful volunteers that assisted the day of event

It was very clean staff was friendly animals seem to be very well cared for they have many breeds of cats and dogs the also have guinea pigs and rabbits which was a pleasant surprise I wanted to take home four dogs by the end of it the space was also very large lots of room for the animals to play which is just lovely please stop by to adopt or even just visit or donate any access animal food or toys it is appreciated and these animals deserve the world

    We just adopted our baby kitten Leia last week. The staff are amazing ! Friendly , helpful and passionate about what they do and about the animals there at the shelter.. we had a wonderful experience adopting our new baby .

    It has been roughly 5 months since we adopted Goji (orginally named Urchin). The day we did our meet and greet, he was a big ball of energy with a personality of his own (with two young girls we wanted a dog that could keep up). Once we saw how sweet he was with the kids we took him home that day. He instantly became a part of the family and we could not imagine life without him now. Anytime anyone asks where we got him, I proudly tell them the pet resource center and tell them how great my experience was.

    Wonderful staff helped us through the whole foster period to eventually adopt this little kitten we found with a broken arm. Very informative and prompt and I watched them handle several difficult situations with tact while waiting in the lobby. Samael is very happy and healthy in her new forever home!

    This crazy boy was added to our family through PRC foster program. He definitely was not her first Foster, but he was our foster fail ( in a good way). I wanted to leave a review to share my experience not only of witnessing quality care and compassion, given on a daily basis to each animal that walks through the door but also the amazing staff . Personally, I experience has been more with the Foster team. August and Michelle, who have gone out of their way to answer the zillions of questions I always had. They took the time to do meet and greets to ensure that I brought the right foster home for our family. The staff here truly cares about animals and the families that walk in the door. I have personally witnessed many occasions staff going above, and beyond to explain how to work the online kennel for aging adults who are just looking for a companion. Or new programs introduced to keep families together, who are going through unhoused times, or medical emergencies. This place is truly unique, and they pull together on limited resources. If you’ve ever felt the need to give back fostering volunteering, or even adopting is a great way to help and Pet Resource Center is a worthy place of your time.

    My wife took our dog for boarding. When we are picking up our dog, the front desk started charging for stuff that we’re not performed or performed a few weeks ago (that we’re already paid). I think management failed to train their staff and we as consumer need to be careful of what they put on the bill. If this happens to you, please report to the FTC for fraud.
