Very simple process, easy to get in, and the doctor is gentle yet does a thorough job. This place is so wonderful! The doctors and the staff I’ve interacted with are extremely kind, patient, and practical. I can finally sleep at night and my low back pain is nearly non existent. The doctors take their time, explain what they’re doing, and listen if you tell them you need more/less pressure due to pain. I enjoy them both equally, but you can also do your walk-in visits on specific day/times if there’s a specific doctor that you want to see. There are no hidden fees or weird upselling, the appointments are extremely fast (5mins) so you can afford to go on your lunch break, and one month here is cheaper than two weeks of copays on my insurance. Just lose one client. I have been coming the Joint for more than 5 years and especially visiting this location because best adjustment ever among all Joints.
I always purchased 20 visit package and I got informed today some visit left expired because it passed 1 year since purchased. They don’t even know how many visits left.
So, bye bye Joint.
Recommend don’t buy 20 visit package if you not plan to use in an year.
Pleasant receptionists, and some of the best Chiropracters Phoenix has to offer. Short or non-existent wait times, reasonable prices, what more could you ask for?
My initial appointment was great. The office is very clean and open. I saw Dr. Freaste (I think that’s the right spelling?) and she was very through, but also to the point. She evaluated me first, went over her initial impressions of what she thought was going on and adjusted me from head to toe. I walked out feeling taller and lighter! The prices are very fair and I would recommend this location to my coworkers, who like me, all have cranky low back problems!
Dr. Twigg and Dr. John are the best. Super friendly and fantastic at what they do! 1st location I’ve really felt better after an adjustment!
Doctor John is a magic worker. I came in under extreme stress and I’ve had a neck issue for 4 weeks. He gave me the most thorough adjustment I’ve ever had and I feel so much more relaxed. Josie, wellness coordinator, also reached out via text with a personal message. This is a 10 min extra drive but will be totally worth it. I’m switching to come to this location. Thank you!
