Every time I’ve gone in he chats with me about what’s going on, what to expect during and after the alignment. He can tell I’m very neverous so the time he gives me is much appreciated, never rushed. The whole team is absolutely amazing! They have really made a difference in my mobility and health. They are kind, respectful and welcoming. The Joint is also affordable, which makes routine adjustments that much better!
Very friendly staff, easy to talk to, in and out in about 30 minutes. The tablet was hard to use upon entry, but the servie was phenomenal. Great value packages. I think the visit saved my life, my back feels so much better.
I’ve been disappointed here before, but today was the worst. I told the doctor 4 things that were really bothering me. That I was in a lot of pain. She did the table popping thing a few times for my lower back , tried the twist to get my back to pop. I told her it did nothing. “ I know it’s because it’s been so long since your last adjustment” (so it’s my fault?)
She was able to adjust my neck barely then said “come back tomorrow”
Spent maybe 3 minutes on me
45 bucks for 3 min? Think these guys lost touch with customer satisfaction and customer service……..

They are amazing chiropractors. Caring and knowledgeable. I went there a couple of months ago almost unable to walk. With so much muscle pain. They helped my muscles to feel better within a few sessions so much improvement! Thanks. South and North Asheville were amazing chiropractors!
What a brilliant practice of chiropractors! I originally signed up for a special, but the care and cracking is so fabulous I’m continuing 4 times monthly. Everyone is kind and compassionate and it feels like a family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for chiropractic support. 🙂
