I wash every week, and they never do the pre wash anymore. I was originally told the part was broken. Then clearly when it was fixed, they still don’t do it. My car isn’t ever completely clean when I leave there. It’s a shame my membership just renewed. $40 a month for a sorry job each week. Definitely going to cancel after this month.a year agoI used this car wash on June 3rd. According to Christian who stated he was the manager, the system malfunctioned and the top roller was not properly turned off. As you can see the roller damaged my rod holder, rack and bent the rails on my truck bed where the clamps for the rack held it on the bed. I was told that the individual running the car wash should have never left the bay as it was his job to hit the kill switch if something happened. He left the bay and proceeded to enter his van at the entrance of the car wash. I had to sit in The car wash while blowing my horn to try and get the attention of someone. I was left In The bay for multiple minute. I blew my horn and No one came to help. I finally had to exit the bay at my peril to finally find Christian, who was about to leave for the day. I was told this would be taken care of and that they would pay for all damages. I have given Christian a quote for all things damaged. It is now 06/16 and I still have not heard from anyone on how this damage will we resolved. FYI I was told by one of the individuals who did my quote for the truck that this is a regular occurrence at Zips. When I told him what happened he asked if it happened at Zips. Used this car wash at your own peril. I have now tried to follow up with Christian the last two days and am being ignored. Left a message, no call back.Update…. We are now on day 6 with no calm back from Manager Christian. I asked him to provide me with a claim number. You would thing 20 days after a claim was created that this would be provided to the customer. No such luck.
I filled out the online form as the response to my review asked me to do. We will see if corporate cares about what is currently happening with this situation. At this point, unless you have the money to fix damages caused by this car wash out of pocket and then go after them in small claims court I would not recommend getting your vehicle washed here. Not a good place when things go wrong.

During the winter you don’t get the same wash as you would get during the summer but yet you are charged the same amount and rates go up and you are automatically charged the new rate without being asked.a week agoThis particular Zips is run down and the vacuums are not good for strong suction. I prefer a different location. This one may be good for a quick wash only though.

First of all.. it’s fun to take the ride through the car wash! After the ride you can use these powerful vacuums to clean the interior. They also provide towels and squirt bottles for the few chunks of serious ich.
As their history shows, with time the service once provided becomes lax. Where they once pre-treated cars to loosen or remove grime, no more. Do they reduce the monthly fee?, of course not. Will they most likely increase their fee in the upcoming months?, betcha yeah! More cost, less service… ugh!
Good luck trying to cancel your membership. The place on Tunnel is great and super awesome peeps, but the corporate side of trying to get out of a membership (aka like a gym membership) makes you second guess wanting to use this company again.
I love the car wash itself but, more times than not, here lately, the people that guide cars in seem very impersonal, even with scows on there faces, just angry at the world. Then goes back inside. Did the service stop where they spray the bottom of the car around it before entering?
Probably the least effective drive thru car wash I’ve been to in the US. The one in front of Ingles on E Tunnel, and the “Laser Wash” on Patton both did a better job
