  2. I tweaked my back this morning doing heavy squats and it’s been getting worse and tighter as the day passes. I decided to visit the Joint Chiropractic in Long Beach for some relief. Emari, the office manager welcomed me and promptly checked me in to see Dr. Francke. Dr. Francke was very present and listened to my concerns carefully. She spent plenty of time manipulating the musculature and then using various techniques to relieve my discomfort. Additionally, she took extra time to provide me with recommendations for treatment at home. I really appreciate their attentiveness and the welcome I received. I’ll be back tomorrow for sure!

  3. Had a great experience at the Joint for my first visit. Emiri took care of me at the front desk and was very nice and patient with all my questions. Dr. Frank was awesome and helped me understand my neck and shoulder pain that I was dealing with, outlining a long term care.
    I went back on a Saturday and Dr. David was amazing, really spending some of his valuable time and different techniques to try and resolve my injury. Great team at The Joint…I signed up for the for the 10 sessions, what a great value.

  4. Absolutely do not sign up for the monthly subscription. I lost my job and had to move back to my home town. I forgot that I had the monthly subscription. The first time I called to cancel it the receptionist told me she couldn’t cancel my account until I went in to sign the form. The nearest location is 5 hours away. I was hoping to go back to SoCal before the next subscription withdrew but unfortunately I couldn’t make it. So I called in again hoping to get the fee reversed. The receptionist forwarded me to the regional manager and I explained all of this to her. All she did was try to sell me on other plans. She refused to reverse the fee stating that it wasn’t their fault that I couldn’t get in. Absolutely horrible interaction. I would take my money somewhere else cause they don’t care about you.

  5. I have a billing issue with The Joint in Long Beach, They started billing me again over 2 years after I had cancelled my service. I have been trying to get this resolved since the beginning of March. They do not return my phone calls, emails or when I have stopped in. The last communication back from them was March 28th stating that I should hear from them on Friday March 31st, which I did not. **** Update since I can not reply to the owners message. I have called, Texted, emailed and have come in on many occasions. You know how to reach me. I will try again today. 4/18/23

    I’ve been going to see Dr. Smith for many years now, since he was at the Clements Chiropractic office. I followed him when he opened his own practice because he is great at what he does and has a kind & professional relationship with his patients. He will give advice/pointers to do at home to help support the in office treatments. My 14yo son has also been getting adjustments from Dr. Smith for some time now and has benefitted from the treatments. His office/practice space is very pleasing. The private treatment rooms are clean and up-to-date. And his staff is also very friendly. All-in-all, I have never been disappointed with my treatments from Dr. Smith or with his office and staff.

    I am receiving both Chiropractic (Dr. Ryan) and Acupuncture (Dr. Scott) care. The combination of these two treatments helped my recovery tremendously. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and in providing their patients with treatment options/ strategies to use at home. Dr. Ryan sends a follow up text to see how you are feeling after the treatment. Dr. Scott is very patient and great at recommending treatment options based on patients areas of concern. Great relationship and follow up with his clients. I really enjoyed that the chiropractor didn’t request X-rays to treatment me. I highly recommend them if you are looking for total wellness and recovery. Very happy and thankful I found them on yelp. I have also been taking my 8 year old as well to see Dr. Ryan. She loves it!

    I have been seeing Dr. Smith for a decade now and I wouldn’t change it any other way. My symptoms and overall health have improved since I‘ve started chiropractic care with Dr Ryan Smith in Long Beach. The staff is very friendly and there is no wait time. It is super easy to make an appointment either with their app or by phone. Wait no more!

    Dr. Ryan was great.! I found his office by simply scrolling through instagram and decided to give him a try. I hadn’t been to a chiropractor in years since my accident and he was able to get my back to move and adjust in all the right places. I left feeling super relieved and no pressure in. My back.     I went in for a consultation and an adjustment. After a brief conversation, he immediately had a thorough understanding of the pain and discomfort I was feeling.

    After months of wondering what was going on with my lower back he explained, on an anatomical level, exactly what I was experiencing and addressed it.

    I felt relaxed the whole time. He’s got a warm and friendly personality and works to build trust in his care and expertise.

    Everything about the experience was top notch: the clean office, the clear explanation underlying my discomfort, and the lovely woman at the front desk.

    I only will go to Bob for my adjustments.
    I finally went yesterday after having leftside lower “sciatic pain” for the last 5 months along with my leftside groin feeling tight.
    I woke up this morning with no pain and my groin feels like it’s loosening up. I feel 100% better.
    I need to go back more often.
    He always has good conversation and he cracks me up everytime.
    Those neck cracks always make me laugh also.

    I’ve been coming here for the massages with Jeremy for almost 2 years now and it will continue! I also met Bob and he was very joyful and funny. For the massages the prices are so reasonable, Jeremy really listens and is versatile in many types of muscle releases. Thank you for always making me feel better! The whole staff has a joyful feel.
