The store was packed, but the 4 cashiers + the return register did an excellent job, kept the never-ending line moving. Great job ladies, as well as the gentleman who greeted customers as the walked in.
First time at this Ross. They need more staff. It was around 11am maybe on a Tuesday. There was 25 to 30 people in line and only two cashiers one for purchase and one for returns. I was in line forever. Also the men’s shoe department was a mess they got all the sizes mixed up, again probably due to staffing shortages. The only nice thing about my shopping experience was the cashier she was really nice.
One store that it is not worth to go. Find another Ross. Always messy.
I went 3/4 times, everytime the cashier lines were 35 to 25 min long. The store has 17 cashier’s lines ONLY 2 or 3 open. Lines were all the way to the back of the store. Not coming back
RIDICULOUS
Super messy! & Rude customer service! The store has been open for 4 hrs why does it look so horrible!? This was my first visit to this Ross and the lady assisting me at checkout was extremely rude! She was rushing me and didn’t even have the nerve to hand me my receipt or my bag. I had to grab them both myself while she is screaming next next … not even allowing me to finish putting my change away. Never coming here again!
Good place for women’s apparels, Almost Nothing for formal clothes for Men,
You used to be able to pick up some nice dressy slacks dress shirts and ties but now almost nothing and prices have gone up and they’re almost the same price as sale prices at department stores the good old days of Ross seems to be over where you could find great bargains.
