a year agoStore is absolutely beautiful. Lots of things to choose from. Had a wonderful experience.Had a good personal experience. We had purchased a few things online during Thanksgiving. Had to return a couple of things. The customer service was good and hastle free. To our surprise the amount was refunded immediately on the credit card.
Do visit this place for an excellent experience as part of Del Amo Fashion Center shopping complex.
2 months agoThe best thing about Macys is the online ordering and easy pick up and return policy. I noticed that they don’t stock as many options as they used to, but they still have a lot of brands and a wide varied merchandise. Another thing is that you have to watch for sales and be aware of what the best price is.3 months agoI purchased a Chanel perfume a couple days ago and i was being helped by an amazing woman! I didn’t get her name but I told her the perfume was a gift for my mother, & she wrapped the perfume for me, & did an amazing job 🙏🏼 I’m sad I didn’t get her name but she had short hair, & a beautiful accent! I couldn’t thank her enough in person bc I had received bad news in that moment, so I hope she sees this!! If so THANK U !!3 months agoI visited Macy’s in the Del Amo Mall for a quick look at what dresses they might have for an upcoming event. I found a really pretty spring dress which fit me perfectly. I am a long time Macy’s customer and they always have the latest fashions with greatest prices, especially with the Star Rewards. I received a Star reward with my purchase and I’m planning to shop at the Macy’s store in the Maui mall next month.8 months agoEverything you need in the same place. Job well done11 months agoWe usually do not buy make up here but our experience with the associate was taken to a new level. Lucio personified the perfect customer service experience.The good: Customer service given to a 110%. Lucio took the time to answer all of my wife’s questions and showed his 12 years of make up experience.
The bad: Waiting time which I think was an isolated incident.
The ugly: None found
If you ever buy make up here, ask for Lucio and he will help you out all the way!
7 months agoit is a nice store and properly stocked. it is so hard these days to find an open register or an associate to help you. but it is still one of my favorite stores to shop. I really like their shoe section it is quite extensive.10 months agoEveryone is very helpful!Bluntly, we went for Toys R us. It was about the same size as other ones. But we went first thing in the morning and it was very nicely organized. Lots of toys. Great for the kids and their Christmas wish list.
2 months agoI found what I needed, but I couldn’t try the clothes on. Only 1 fitting room was open, and the line was long. After 15 minutes I had to get out of waiting room line and get in cashier line. Tried clothes on at home. I had time constraints. Cashier situation was troubling as well. At 1 point all 4 in one station stepped away. Other customers just left their purchases and left the store. I know it’s not the workers fault they are short staffed.

This place is huge! They have everything. I came here for clothes but I realized that I might be back for Christmas decorations and furniture for my new apartment once I saw how much they had in stock. Even though it was big I didn’t have any problem finding help from a sales representative who was very nice and helped me find what I wanted. I got some really cool dress pants and shoes.
It was the first time I was in the Macy’s Home Store, right down the way from the Macy’s store. I went to get a multi-cooker called Instant Pot. Oscar helped me. He is so thorough and professional that I had to write to tell you. The small pot size had sold out at a wonderful sale price. I ended up getting the large Instant Pot which was not on sale. That’s how good Oscar is! Thanks for your time. Please say hello to Oscar for me.
Been coming here since I was a baby. Love the outfits and the variety of shoes. Some things are pricey but they are good material and worth the buy. Just had an awesome makeover at Lancome, really recommend their products for sensitive skin like mines.
Terrible service in the women’s department no one wants to help they we’re speaking Spanish to me when I don’t speak Spanish then she got upset at me when I said I’m sorry I only speak English. This department definitely needs retraing.
I went to macys makeup department July 3rd and was having a hard time deciding which brand and which makeup face products will be useful for my dry skin. Juliana helped me out so much!!! We finally found the right product and correct match for my skin tone!! She will literally go ABOVE and BEYOND for you! Such a kind soul.
