Bill was great to deal with and was able to fit the job in quickly. The mechanic he sent out (Sean) wasted no time getting the job done. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and made sure everything was perfect before he left including cleaning the job site and removing all the garbage. I was always impressed with how kind everyone was to us from the front office to everyone that visited the house. I recently took their recommendation to replace my water heater and boiler to a single efficient system. They showed up at 7:30 am and stayed past 9 pm to knock the cover off the ball. They completed a multiple system renovation in one day. We gained much more space and a system that is near silent but most importantly, we cut our costs from $250 to $35 a month. The service tech was the all around best I’ve ever had for any project. On time with short notice. Super professional. Showed me exactly what all the problems actually were and why they happened. Stayed late to fix problem instead of coming back next day when offered to him. I thought for sure this was a two person job and this service tech took care of everything himself with out any gripes. A true professional with the utmost politeness I have ever seen from any service tech. I wish I could call on Dazhaun for all my needs. Can’t thank him enough.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Upper management needs to work on treating their employees with respect and not talking to them like animals.
The company website outlines the corporate values and mission to be a place of “professionalism, growth and encouragement”. What a load of trash… managers talk down to their employees, take away pay benefits, and are only worried about their own personal bonuses at the end of the day. The sad truth is, you managers need your techs more than they will ever need you! Instead of treating your staff like trash, appreciate that they deal with such a sad excuse for management. Corporate, you should really consider who you have on the front lines here representing your company… do better! Take your business elsewhere….
Damien Ledee was sent to our business this morning to figure out a toilet drain clog. He was very professional and did a great job. He was able to let us see the actual clog on the camera. He explained in detail what needed to be done to alleviate this issue from continuing. I hope he is the technician sent if there’s ever another problem.
