  1. Our sewer pipes were collapsing and we needed to have new pipes put in. The way this house was built and its additions the pipes T’d under our porch and we did not want to tear off our porch. The guys came up with another plan. It was not easy but a much better option for us. They replaced the pipes and installed a tub and shower in our bathroom and connected all of the water pipes. They did a great job. These guys were all very polite and knowledgeable. We would definitely have them back.

  2. Called RR guys on a Saturday night around 7pm. An hour later Jacob was on the job working on a leaking toilet. I brought up another issue with him and he was able to get it fixed on the spot. I can’t be any more appreciative on his professionalism and the fact that he was time conscious. Thank you so much and trust me, there is no need to call anyone else. Jacob and RR are your plumbing needs team.

  4. Haley (coordinating our repair) and Wesley (service tech) were both so nice to deal with. I had an appointment and a Tech in less than 24 hours! The office and tech informed me of the type repair needed as well as the charges prior to the repair. It was nice to be be able to make a decision prior to the Tech going forward. I will be using Roto-Rooter in Gulfport again!

Jacob was super helpful and took time to explain the problem, showed me the camera view of the lines and prepped an estimate for repairs.     Called to get a second opinion on a quote I got about tearing up my slab to replace pipes under my house due to water backing up into the bathrooms. Ethan came out and ran a camera and told me that work was not needed to be done and saved me about $15K of unnecessary work and damage to my house. Can’t say enough about his honesty! I highly recommend ASAP plumbing!

    After receiving water bills for over $300 for several months and trying to figure out the cause. We knew we had to get a plumber. We tried a referred personal plumber who wanted to rip up my back porch to get under the house and find the leak. Roter Router told me there was no way to get under my house and I would need to run new pipes through my ceiling at a cost of $10,000. I was then referred to ASAP and they assured me that they would be able to get under my house, drain the long standing water from under my house, find the leak and get it fixed and they did for WAAAAAAAAAY less than $10k. Marc and Jimmy both came out and made their plan, started draining: took 3 days to drain bc it was a lot of water. They dug 2 holes for access points, got under my home fixed my issue and all was well. I have stored their number and they will always be my first call. I highly recommend using ASAP. Just not when I need them!!🤣🤣

    Very happy we called Southern Sewer Services when we had an overflowing bathtub. We didn’t wait to call and Mike responded right away when we called. He was able to come over the same day, diagnose the problem quickly and provide a not only very helpful but easier solution to fix the problem.     Mike came to my house on time and offered THE BEST customer service I’ve had since I can remember. A big box company came to my house to install a dishwasher 11 days earlier, and when they left, the dishwasher was NOT installed AND the sink was leaking. They kept claiming they were sending someone to fix it but never did, so I had to handle it myself. Mike fixed the problem quickly, with an amazing attitude, and for a fair price. I will always use and recommend his services. He is truly a breath of fresh air!!!
