  1. Had an awful mess. Called Roto-Rooter and they came within the hour. Nick did an awesome, thorough job cleaning it out and getting the roots out of the system so the water/waste could flow freely. Nick is very professional, courteous, fast and friendly. I highly recommend the service.

  2. We had a sewer back up after hours and they responded with good pricing and very good work from our tech James Moody 8602. He explained everything he was doing, he was detailed, and he even cleaned up after himself. I will recommend him to everyone and this company. I am very thankful for his service and good job fixing my issues.

  3. I had 2 guys come out and cable my sewer lines in the basement and everthing seemed fine. They then brought a guy with a camera to identify the main source of the issue. They identified using a sensor that the break was on the interior of my house. After digging a 3 x 5 hole in my basement they indentified the problem was outside. I am out $5800 as it stands and no repair and they now want to charge more to dig up my front yard. I would recommend them for the cabling but any repairs beyond that seemed like they were just trying to drive up the cost to make more commission. I will be getting the job finished by a more reliable company.

  4. This place was amazing with our emergency visit. The employee was awesome, but I also really appreciate how the pricing/organization is setup. 4 hour initial window and a text once that window is at 30-45 minutes. Which allowed us to still get on with our local errands. Price is quoted once the employee arrives, and if you decide to pass the visit is free regardless. I’m glad I have these guys to call for emergencies.

  5. Zach and Michael did a great job for me. The house was built in 1840, so you can imagine everything was not standard. They excavated the yard, repaired the sewer, were timely, efficient and easy to work with. They were happy to answer all my questions, and also did a great job putting everything back together. They were always on time and available. Roto Rooter also sent out a cleanup crew that did a good job too. All went well and I can certainly recommend them – they are not the cheapest, but may be the best, which is what you want for a job like this.

    Completely ignored city code when replacing the water line. It did not past inspection. Took 4 weeks to come connect the water line to the main. DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB! Failed to refill the hole they dug up at the foundation of my home. We sustained 1 ft of water in our basement. I spoke on the phone and emailed over photos to the plumbing field manager. I did not hear back from him for 4 weeks. Shannan, was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional to call someone at their place of work and proceed to raise your voice at them. Disappointed in the service, attentiveness, and lack responsibility to accept their faults in this project.

    Steve was awesome. He did a good job. Thanks to him, I will have heat in my house in a 20 degree weather. It helps to have all your needs met by one company. I called for heating and cooling repair. It ended up being an electric job. I am glad I found this company.

    I used an electrician to replace outlets and possibly thermostats They called and was able to get me in a day earlier. Joe was personable and professional. He looked at thermostat and instructions and determined he was not able to do it but another division could I appreciated his honesty. I’ve used co many times for many reasons and always happy

    Joe came in and was able to identify the source of my problem and fixed very quickly. While at my house he was able to resolve another issue which was replacing and upgrading fire alarm system that was hard wired. This was done on the same day I requested service! Normally would take weeks to complete. Very happy with the work!😊

    We needed our leaky main water shut off valve replaced at our business. They arrived exactly when they said they would, the tech, Jerry was professional and informative. He did an excellent job! They had to break out part of a cinder block wall to replace the valve, and it was done neatly and cleanly. Once informed on how we used our water system, they even offered us some valuable information on how to best use our system which was very helpful. Maplewood Plumbing will definitely get our business moving forward!

    I am so pleased with the service I received from Maplewood Plumbing. Everyone was so kind and professional! Plumbers Dave and Brandon, along with Mickey in the office, saved me from having to go through a weekend without water (due to a spontaneous leak). Dave and Brandon worked diligently into the early evening, in a very difficult space and on more than one task, without ever rushing. They were friendly, generous with their time and knowledge, patient when addressing my questions and concerns, honest and straightforward, and they did exceptional work. And Jen, in the office, was helpful in working with me on an insurance request after the job was complete. It’s hard to get such excellent service these days, and I definitely plan to continue working on projects with Dave, Brandon, and Maplewood Plumbing!

    Maplewood was able to come out early (a Friday before my scheduled Monday) to install a water line for a new fridge and remove a stove gas line. Was really impressed that when I scheduled, they noted other times I was available so that if they had someone free I could get seen earlier. Dave was professional, explained my options really well, and got straight to work. I was really impressed when he cared enough to make sure that the water line was protected when it ran through a short cabinet, and that he filled the hole left by the gas line with some concrete. A job really well done, I couldn’t be more pleased.

    I recently became a first-time homeowner and amongst a few items that need to be addressed is the plumbing. I was going to attempt to use the little skill I’ve obtained from the school of YouTube but my better senses told me I would benefit best by contacting the professionals. I scheduled my first appointment with Maplewood Plumbing and my entire experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The office staff were everything you could ask for in customer service – they were kind, professional and made me feel like a priority. The plumbers who came out were Aaron & Trent. They were quick and efficient and respectful to my home. They were polite and very informative about explaining the issue and how they were going to do the repair, and on top of it all, the pricing for their work was extremely reasonable for their expertise.     I discovered Maplewood Plumbing through the Google ratings and they have 5 stars. Our outside spigot froze in January and burst. They came out to estimate the repair for our insurance company which was quite reasonable. They smartly waited until April for good weather to repair. They are quite friendly and professional and fast! I would recommend Maplewood Plumbing to anyone who needs and plumbing service. Great Job!
