I was recommended to them by the company that services our irrigation system. The lady answering our call was proficient and professional. The plumber that came out to do the repair responded promptly and he had the repair completed in less than an hour. The charge was a very pleasant surprise! It was far less than I had anticipated. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in our area to use as well. We have still been trying to reach out to them and still haven’t heard anything back. Sent letters…nothing…we call and get the old run around that the manager is going to call us back…still nothing. These pictures are the “service contract” that we had with this company. Clearly they have been taking advantage of my grandmother. They never cleaned anything like the were supposed to. Not to mention they charged her $750 for an air filter. This company clearly has no morals and does not want to right the wrong. So I do not recommend this company to anymore. They got her sick from all the neglect of her A/C. The service person was: On time. Polite. Knowledgable. Professional. Provided an excellent value for our money. The job cost about half as much as the Frank Gay Plumbing Service in Lady Lake quoted us. We actually paid the Frank Gay rep $39.00 to come and give us an estimate on a new hot water tank (they won’t give an estimate without the $39.00 fee) When he arrived, he told us that the whole house could use re-plumbing because the copper pipes are old, and that they would throw in the hot water tank if we agreed to have the entire house re-plumbed. I recognized a used car salesman when I saw one and told him that we did not want an estimate on re-plumbing the entire house. Only then did he came up with a price for the hot water tank only, and it was almost double what Ross Plumbing did the job for. I highly recommend Ross Plumbing.
Cynthia showed up right on time and diagnosed the reason we had no water in our house system. She replaced the check valve and replaced the pipes around it. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business with. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

The tech Cynthia was running a little late, but she called us in advance to let us know when she would arrive. She was very personable and knowledgeable, did not make us feel rushed and answered all of our questions. She performed her work in a professional and timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Ross Plumbing again in the future. In fact, Cynthia’s card is on our refrigerator, ready for future use.
