  Well, I went their with my Nigerian flatmate to redo her hair or maybe change her hairstyle with new type of weaving of her hair. But unfortunately, they didn’t had any requests like this before. So, they were unable to figure out the particular hair pattern. Even though, they did call another professional who could do deadlocks but that wasn’t our preference. Hence, we came back, without changing anything. But, but! but! As I’ve mentioned before about the owner/manager. She was the sweetest to advice us with other options. I hope, they include the Ghana weaving hairstyle in further coming days.

  The hair expert are quite knowledgeable. I was recently there for hair cut and also was suggested Kretin hair treatment (which salon doesn’t push it now a days 😉 XD). The overall process took about 4 hours and plus a 30 minute next day. Since it was my first time getting the process done, i was advised by the hair expert on every process. The precautionary measures and the hair care after the treatment was also advised.

  Horrible experience. In same price you can visit to other salon like lakme, habib, kopper, hair habit & so on but Never ever go to capello. They are manipulative.

  A week back I took my mom & they charged 400 (shampoo, haircut & styling included) & it was Mukesh do it fabulous job (5 star for this guy. If ever wanted to do haircut then ask for this guy)

  But when I went a week later they said it will cost 600 & when I told there price is 400 they are charging higher then they agreed for the haircut but messed all. From pic you can see what horrible haircut they did.

  I visited cappello nagpur outlet today for keratin spa. Mr. Raj was the service executive. And what a great job he did !!!

  They are not at all updated with their time commitments. They made me wait after booking a confirm appointment a day before, giving a reason that there weren’t enough therapists available.

  What is the point of taking appointments if one has to wait. Also my hair dresses left mid-way because of some health crisis. They shouldn’t have begun with him if he were sick in the first place.

  Yesterday i visited the salon and got a haircut and beard trim. It was one of my worst haircuts of all time and that too after paying such a hefty amount of Rs. 800/- while others like Habib and capello do it for Rs. 500 and way better than this salon. I am highly disappointed. will never go there again.

  After I finally stepped out and found the courage to do a hair colour during this ongoing pandemic of COVID-19, to my amazement it was one of the finest and wonderfully hygienic experiences I had at Kutz Salon, located in Sadar.

  As soon as I entered, staff around the salon sanitised me well and made me wear shoe covers before entering the hair section.

  All the hair stylists and other staff members followed strict COVID-19 guidelines placed by the government and gave utmost importance on wearing gloves and masks.

  I wanted to try something new with my look, hence I offered to go for an ash coloured color for my hair. Keshawn Naidu was my hairstylist for the the day, who explained me the complete procedure and even help me give tips to enhance my hair.

  Unsure about my look, I went with the procedure, which turned out to be fantastically amazing. My mother finding the color tone slightly loud with my skin, she suggested me to get a darker shade on top of it.

  The next morning, Keshawn again arranged the appointment for me and amazingly tailored a beautiful ashy yet slightly undertone color to my hair, which turned out to be really gorgeous and enhanced my look all over.

  In short, I loved both color deposits on my hair.

  Throughout the day, I got immense compliments for my look, which became a great success.

  I absolutely recommend Kutz salon for hair color and other hair treatments. Keshawn Naidu tremendous job! Cheers!
