  Tony and guy with zero facilities but good stylist. Only positive experience is with stylist.. having a ice cold water blown on your scalp is something you don’t want on a November evening.. I’ve never experienced such worst facility, it’s been the 4th time we are here. Not once the hot water has worked. I don’t know who manages this facility but expect customers like me who come for stylist are also going to stop bcz of this. If the management is serious about business, they should fix this.

  Amanda is AMAZING. I moved back to Winston-Salem from Raleigh about a year ago and have been searching for someone to cut my hair the way my barber in Raleigh has the last 5 years. I tried so many places and one day wandered into Sport Clips because it was so close to my office and I was in a hurry to get a cut and head to the beach for the weekend.   I have worn my hair in a pixie most of my life. Finding a professional truly trained to cut a perfect pixie has been an ongoing process throughout my life. Somehow I have never been without such a person in my life, but these individuals are in demand and hence relatively mobile during their careers.   Rhonda is simply put the best hairstylist I have ever used!! I’ve been told I have difficult hair by many stylists and have also had many botched hair cuts that had to be redone as a result. I decided to try this location after having no luck with finding a stylist that could handle a weep executed mullet. That is when I found Rhonda and have gone to her ever since. I have never had a bad experience and thanks to her, my hair is looking better than ever! She is also really great about showing me new products that actually work in my hair.   Went yesterday to get cleaned up. Logann did an amazing job with my hair, but what I am most impressed with is her dedication to her clients. She greets everyone with a smile, and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and accepted.

  Absolutely perfect experience every time I see Rhonda! Cuts my hair exactly how I want it, makes sure to ask questions throughout the cut to ensure it’s just right. I almost always end up with a cut thats too short or the wrong style with anyone else, but Rhonda will always cut it too long before she cuts it too short because “you can always take more off but you can’t put it back once it’s gone” so if she finishes and I decide I want a little bit more off she doesn’t hesitate to get right back in there and get it exactly how I like it! The app says she has 13 years of experience and it definitely shows in the quality of the cut! Definitely recommend her for anyone that goes here!

  I have been going to sports clips for a while. But I started going to this one because the one in Ooltewah is either closed randomly because of no help. I came here for the last year. Every time it gets worse. My hair is so gapped up, I could have done better with my eyes closed with a kitchen knife and a beard trimmer.

  Aside from the loose hair still piled in my head from thinning shears. I left with my collar still rolled under my shirt. They could have at least took a comb to my head and my tried to part it.

  Always a great experience, regardless of stylist. Just make sure you early communicate with them. They don’t want to mess you up anymore than you want a bad cut… my sons have crazy curly hair and they trim it up well, treat them like men – even shaping their young beards!

  If I just wanted a hair cut, I would have gone to great clips, I was expecting some professionalism and politeness which is not here. Not sure if she was rude because of my color or whatever, but very rude…she didn’t even brush off the hair on my face, she doesn’t even wait to let me sit back comfortably before she begins chopping.

  Wow wow wow! This place is freaking awesome. I was sold the second I saw the interior design. The old school retro decor is fantastic. Maria cut my husband and two year old son’s hair. This was only my son’s second haircut and she did a fantastic job keeping his attention. I swear she is Patti Stanger undercover.   I waited over a week to post this because I was trying to forgive. But every time I touch my face I wanna punch a wall.. Daniel gave me a haircut and a beard cut. I showed him pictures of what needed to be done and he just butchered my face. I cannot speak to everybody in there but at this point the least I could do is warn other bearded men. I honestly figured a Barbershop named shave would specialize in beards.
  1st picture is what he did and 2nd picture is what I showed him.

  I apologize if I got his name wrong. It was the younger gentleman next to another barber wearing a baseball cap. It was definitely this shop. The walls are covered in awesome old school movie posters.
  It started raining right after I sat down in the chair. The barber just cut my beard and didn’t not bother to straighten and Comb my beard out.
  So go ahead and call me a liar if that makes you feel good but it definitely happened.
  Furthermore unless you can magically grow my beard back their is no fixing what has been done.

  I never right reviews but this place made me feeling like I had to!
  First of all, don’t believe the reviews that say they aren’t friendly. They were all too nice! Second, don’t ask for Shelby, you’re not going to get an amazing hair stylist, she’s definitely not going to put up with your picky-ness, absolutely won’t be pleasant to talk to, and overall will just be a horrible experience! Can’t let it get out how great she is, otherwise she’ll get too busy and won’t be able to fit me in right before they close!

  There are some really talented stylists here. As always with places like this though, staff tends to rotate in and out.

  Wait times can be an issue here. The most popular stylists routinely have wait times exceeding 2 hours. Also, the whole shop will stop taking customers well before closing time once their wait list is full.

  Cost is high for what it is. My haircut is a very short and simple high clipper fade. It costs me $29 for the haircut and to have them shampoo the clippings off me after (not including special discounts, tip, etc).

  Hours used to be phenomenal, but they are still good even though they are now closed on Sundays.
