- Reviews:We got in touch with Aladka Rescue Kittens through good. They work with the pet smart on Muldoon. We were about to pick out a cat and go to Pet Smart and meet with Barb from the rescue and meet sprinkles (the cat). Barb and the staff at Pet Smart were very nice and helpful. I was a wonderful experience, and we were able to adopt Sprinkles. They have a good selection of products, pet gear etc. I’m not happy with the grooming salon at all. At first there was a super nice lady working there, everything was good. I hate petsmart grooming so much. Groomer gave me attitude when picking up my dog, all because she was scared and didn’t want her paws touched. I watched the whole interaction between my dog and her groomer. Summit did not nip, bite, or behave aggressively. She yelled at Summit to “behave”. She’s a dog who’s scared! She couldn’t get the leash on her to take her off the table and carried her out to me and said here! I will NEVER go back. - Reviews:Worst pet store ever. There were 4 Guinea pigs in a cage WAY too small for them. This store won’t even give their Guinea pigs hay, the pigs were sorting through bedding for A PIECE of hay. Not to mention there’s only 1 water bottle for 4 Guinea pigs. I hope this store hires some responsible employees who can spare 5 minutes to feed their Guinea pigs.By Ava Combs (4 months ago)I recently purchased a very large parrot cage and wasn’t sure I would be able to manage it on my own. I arranged for a curbside pickup. There was a very convenient parking space designated near the store’s front door and 2 staff members brought the item out and easily placed it into my pickup! The young woman and young man were very friendly and helpful making for an excellent day for me AND a couple little green cheek parakeets! However I took off three stars for standing in line for 25 damn mins while the line keeps growing the manager and sales associate were taking their sweet time selling stuff to two customer. Absolutely ridiculous! An I had to wait around another 30 minutes waiting on someone to send help to get fish before that. This place has everything! I take my dog with me when I go and he loves it lol. I love walking him down the isle and letting him pick his own treats and toys. The employees are animal people and my pups figured out they’re always good for a treat 😂. Definitely recommend!
They were very well staffed in all different departments. The individuals working there seemed aware of what you were looking for when you did not know the name of the needed item. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an item to help with their animals or gardening items!
Went to get an idea for electric fencing to keep bears away. They were extremely busy, but the employee was sure to answer all of our questions and had great recommendations for our project. If you need feed for your pets, plants for your garden or even Christmas trees this December, they’ll have it!
Walked in didn’t know where I needed to go, a younger person came up and asked me what I needed. Did all but hold my hand taking me around the store. Needed 4 items, in and out 15 minutes. It was great.
Great selection! And great staff! Had a problem with something I bought, but they did not hesitate to fix the problem. Highly recommended 👌
