  1. Elite Services did a great job installing my new water heater. I called two other plumbers before I called Elite: Ideal Services & and Goettl. Not only was Elite Services the most cost effective, they didn’t send a salesman to my house to try to convince me to buy a tankless water heater. The only reason I can’t give Elite 5 stars is because the technician left a huge dent on my water heater. It’s definitely an eye sore. Other than that, great job Mike!

  2. We have been depending on Elite services for over 10 yrs . They have replaced a ac / heat unit at a prior home and we continued to rely on them when we moved for all our ac/ heat needs. They are always honest & respond fast when we have had A/c go out mid July. Each tech has been amazing & we refer all our friends/ family because of their honesty. Having a company that is genuine is a blessing . Thank you Elite Team !!

  3. I didn’t know they made AC technicians so friendly!! My heat went out last night and I scheduled with Elite for Nate to check it out at 9AM. He showed up 10 minutes early, figured out the problem within minutes, got my part and had my heater working again in less than an hour!! Very professional I already recommended him to another friend of mine.

  4. The technician was both friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Her recommendations, based on conditions found and age of our system, included both what needed to done now, and recommendations of what not to do given the age of the system. Additionally, when she left, you could not tell she had been at our house, which was awesome since the visit required access into separate attic spaces. We will definitely use this company again!

  5. I have been a customer of Elite for several years, and the longevity makes a statement. The customer service of its employees goes beyond the call of duty. Over the decades, I have been in a couple of emergency situations, and Elite had my back and was there to support me. Most recently, Sharon made it possible for me to get service when it’s work load was scheduled out for a couple of days. Before days end, Jesus showed up. Professionalism, kindness and caring is exercised at Elite. I would recommend Elite to all, and I’m so appreciative to know it’s integrity which also makes a statement.

    At 6:30am, we woke up to a flooded garage😧. The lady who answered the call was lively and helpful. Pure gave us a service time between 8-10am. Courtesy text messages kept us aware of what to expect. The technician arrived in a timely manner, quickly assessed the problem, and immediately started the replacement. Everything was clean and precise. We were educated on how to insulate the valves and take better care of the tank moving forward. Our job was complete before noon. Daron is professional and thorough.     The set up of the appointment was very smooth, completed in one phone call. They were able to install a new water heater the same day I called. Stephen D was very friendly and knowledgeable.     Thank goodness for Dave! He installed our water filtration and water softener systems at a very reasonable price, and now we have clean, drinkable water all throughout the house. He even tested the water and demonstrated to us what clean water looks like compared to the hard, mineral filled water that we have in Nevada. We also had a ceiling leak, and he helped us get through the ordeal as painlessly as possible. We really appreciate the initiative that he took to find us the right tub faucet to replace our old broken one. He fixed our tub faucet without a hitch and the leak associated with it, even helping out to make sure that the surface underneath the pipes was dry. Dave is the most professional, most competent and most extraordinary plumber we’ve ever had the good fortune to meet. He really listens to his clients and is very patient when answering all of their questions. It is guys like him that make us stick with Pure Plumbing. We have been their clients for years, and we are very happy with the service they provide. They are always on time when you need them, and they always do the job right the first time. Great value and great service.

    I tried to save a couple of hundred dollars and called another plumber to change out my reverse osmosis filters, which they recommended I needed. It appeared that their technician was not familiar with my system and water spurted out all over the cabinet on onto my kitchen floor. He then took out my filters to his van and I followed because it was highly unusual. He then asked if I had a specific wrench to which I replied, “why would I have tools? Don’t you have the necessary tools?” He did not. I told him to please just put everything back and I would call Pure Plumbing instead. He put everything back. Jacob, from Pure Plumbing arrived shortly after. He tested my system, showed me the results and informed that my filters were fine and I did not need to replace them yet. He checked my system to make sure there was no damage and that it was put back correctly. It was. He checked the rest of my home and was very professional and provided options to things he recommended I get fixed. I will always call Pure Plumbing moving forward. They may be a bit higher priced, but you actually do “get what you pay for”. Thank you Jacob! You are such a blessing to me!

    Needed a PVC Pipe elbow joint replaced in my garage that was leaking. Pipe was not under pressure. Just needed to be cut, new joint installed + glue… The same easy fix that happens all the time under your sink. I already removed the drywall. They wanted to charge me $750.00! I went to Home Depot, got the join and glue for less than $12 and fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes. These guys are a complete rip-off. Not your local honest plumbers… just sad.

    Mike was fantastic. 5 mins early. Well dressed. Tells us the obvious of our water heater eating the bed. Gives us all the facts, and options. We required his work, but Mike is short handed, yet still does a water heater install single handed. I have the morning off, so I stick around to seek knowledge about water heaters while he works, and Mike has given me a basic knowledge understanding of everything to be aware of with entire home maintenance. After 2 hours of straight work and non-stop questioning from my side, Mike came off as a very honest person, amiable and expressive, and happy family man, with funny stories if you are inquisitive like myself. Then the wife remembered our backyard water hose was broken, and he was prepared to tackle the job immediately, all while answering more questions I came at him with. Mike loves his job and praises his company, saying he wouldn’t work for any other team. He wiped up every area, wore boot gloves indoors, and the pricing was fair, but he saw my cute kid, and went out of his way to call the supervisor for a small discount on the speaker phone for us. Big bonus! Our family WILL call this company to request Mike for any more home maintenance when a professional is needed.

    We had Mike and Brandon take care of our plumbing issues and install a whole home filtration system. Mike is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was able to address all of our needs. Brandon installed everything perfectly and was very nice and professional. 10/10 will be using their services in the future. Shout out to Janielle and Anthony for doing an excellent job on our AC install! Janielle was able to find the right systems for us at the right price. Anthony not only replaced the ac units but made all the connections look very clean and professional.

    Found this company last minute, gave them a ring and scheduled an appointment. First thing that I liked was that it’s a FREE estimate and consultation. Alex rolled by first thing in the morning and assessed the issue and gave me a handful of different options (always a plus!). Found the reason why my master bedroom heater wasn’t working and ordered the parts. Arrived early in the morning and knocked the job out in roughly 30 minutes, in n out. Very professional company, gives you options, and very transparent. I’ll definitely be calling Alex out again when summer rolls around. Don’t hesitate on calling this company.
